I would like to do veg and flower in the same room. Giving them a month of veg from clone, then putting them into flowering. What type of bulb?

Would 4, 315 CMH's be more suitable? I was told by the guy at Growers Choice CMH's are better then HPS. What would be more cost effective? I live in Canada where should I buy my lights from? What kind of cooling do I need for this? I'm new, can anyone recommend a place to get complete units?

I'm looking to get HPS lights... How much wattage do I need? How many lights? and where online should I buy them? I plan on buying a 8 x 4 x 6.6 tent off amazon.
