Why do you say they dont fill drivers well and if you run parrallel dont you risk run away

Funny cause i was looking to get cxm 22's with active heatsinks and get a driver to at least push them to 75% and was told it was too much driver and to push them softer i would rather dim them down if i like then wish i could turn them up what driver would you get today i was going to get the...
