For those new to Hydroponics, this is what happens when you get lazy (how fast things can grow)

Been Awhile for me on here.... For those new to Hydro, get and idea of how fast things grow when you use this method of growing. Unfortunately, i do not have pics of the start, wish I did. But honestly really easy to picture in your head. At the start of this month (maybe couple days before)...

First time'er showing off new grow

ocs now has seeds i realized this last week. but they sold out fast. still you have to buy LP seeds or clones, genetics that you probably dont want. its pretty sad the system they have put in place. Why the hell cant we grow what we want, anything other then LP seeds or clones is ILLICIT and...

    Water level for seedlings

nope not really, i add some h2o2 (peroxide) every week to prevent root rot. no algae either. also my res temp is under 20C (prob 15-16c), so that helps prevent rot too.

    Water level for seedlings

the tubs? the light blue ones let light in, as you can see in the cloner pic, but seems to have no effect on the roots. i have a couple dark navy totes as well, as i fill an empty tote up when its time to switch the water/nutrients and just transfer the lid with plants to it. navy ones are...

    Water level for seedlings

i got 4 in flower, 3 weeks in almost under two 300w leds. but i neglected them a bit and they are all showing deficiencies. plus temps are running 15-18c day an night. cant be bothered and going to cut them down I think. I flushed them real good last weekend and looks like shoots looking good...

Switching from veg to flower, any tips or suggestions?

will take a couple weeks until you see any noticeable change. depends on the strain too. by two weeks you will notice the stretch but might not have any flower formation. if you have had nutes in for a couple weeks already, change out and follow the instructions for bloom phase with whatever...

    Water level for seedlings

as long as you have an airstone running, they are good to sit in the water. I use a 6 inch marina elite airstone that one is pretty lanky, i never have grown lanky ones. if you were to plant in soil or a bigger netcup, so it comes up 3 inches below the leaves it would be fine maybe. but lanky...

    Water level for seedlings

keep water up to net cup until roots are down, once that happens level can be a few inches lower with no worry. you can top water to keep the cube moist only until then, after that no need as roots will sit in water and cube can dry out. if your specific case, feed that root through the platform...

    Seedlings leaves yellowing

dont bother now. next time use a party cup to start or even something smaller like a cut in half water bottle. but going smaller means needing to pay attention more.

    Seedlings leaves yellowing

first pic is drooping...could be a number of things. but I would say its over watered. You have them in big pots...the moisture in there will last you days prolly, depending on your temps and airflow. shove your finger right in the soil,go in 1/4 to 1/2 your finger. if the soil is moist dont...

    Plant not growing taller!

either you stressed the hell out of it at the start and stunted it or its a little mutant and you just wasted 4 weeks after 4 weeks you would have nice sized plant something is def wrong. its not worth doing anything just start over

    Lighting problems!! HELP!!!

the bulb powering up then shutting off is a sign the bulb is worn out as well. if youve been using it for awhile replace it

    Plant stetch.

depends on genetics but I wold expect a decent stretch at that big. either bend them over or tie them down or set up a screen so you can keep the stretch under control and even canopy.
