Thanks for the replies guys. I do have an oscillating fan on it. I tried raising the lights a little to see if that helps. I have another bag seed plant of another strain but it's not having this problem.

Don't know if this is heat stress or not? It was a bag seed I got. Everything was doing good until I got up this morning and the tips started looking like this at the top but not the bottom. There are a few leaves curling also. I think it might be heat stress because I added two more 6500k cfls...
