The Mystery of the Odd Ball.

Hi Again. I posted a few weeks ago when these babies were just seedlings. The seedlings were having a similar problem as the Odd Ball is now. Here is a basic rundown:
1 Trainwreck + 2 quality seeds (lost track of the exact strain) 2 random bagseed. 3 seedlings BS
Soil ph is between 6.5 and 6.8 checked with meter several times.
Water pH is @ 6.2-6.5 (1 gal with pH of 7.5 + 1/4 tsp lemon juice)
Soil is FFOF drainage is excellent.
No added Nutes although about 10 days ago I sprinkled a very minute amount, probably 20 singular grains of bloodmeal for each plant. No problems ever showed up. Plants have since jumped into vegetative growth.
Containers are diy. Great Drainage.
Water every 3-4 days.
TW and quality are 3 weeks yesterday. Other two are 4 weeks on the 12th.
This oddball was topped two days ago. Come to think of it it started showing these problems around then (trying not to jump the gun and confuse correlation with causation). Another plant was also topped and it is showing slowed growth but no droopy leaves or brown spots at new growth.
Grow box is 10cfl 6500K 3 fans for air flow and co2. Plants have their boxes misted several time a day though I try not to spray them directly.

I'd like to solve the puzzle, however I am limited in my experience. Here is my best guess or a few:
1. Pots dry out quicker in topsoil than at bottom of pot this is stressing my plant somehow. (next pots will be standard pot shaped)
2. Plants are bagseed with higher potential for weak physiology ergo topping, soil drying out unevenly is more likely to cause a problem.
3. Plant is over watered; because the topsoil drys out so fast there are times when I mist it heavily to try and even out the moisture in the pot. This may be my problem, though I can't be sure. I will be giving it an extended water fast while I research the problem further.

This particular plant has shown these symptoms before in the past week though it seemed to recover (water fast) until I topped.
The droopy, almost curled leaves must be indicative of something possibly in relationship to the brownish chlorosis in new growth. Currently it is just this one plant. Any takers? Key points: Brown chlorosis on new growth, droopy curled under leaves.
