over watered and maybe poisoned...

so i left my sons in charge of watering my girls while i was out of town for a couple of days. i neglected to tell them to mop up the water that flows through the felt pots so the plants aren't sitting in water after they finished watering them. to add to the issue, i had some damprid in some stockings in the tent that i think leeched into the runoff water. so a couple of my plants soaked in that for a bit over 24 hours and they look pretty awful. they looked really nice before. so i am growing in soil (roots organics) and i am using gobox nutes. my ph of the runoff is around 6.4. i am fertilizing lightly every other watering. i water every 2 days with 8 cups of water in a 3 gallon felt pot. i have 4 strains growing(and this is my first real grow-grew a few plants in the late 70's but had no idea what i was doing). the ones that are looking bad are og kush #18 and silver l.a. these plants were not elevated off the floor of the tent. the other 2 plants which were elevated look fine(a green house thai and a stacked kush). i am using 4 t5 bulbs and am in week 7 of flowering. i am supplementing the t5's with 2 150 watt equivalent 2700 k cfls and 2 100 watt equ. 6500k cfls. i have a carbon air filter and 2 fans inside the tent. the rh is in the 35-45 range with the lights on (73-80 deg). with the lights off the rh is high at 70 -75 with temps of around 63-65. so i flushed the poor poisoned girls last night and i want to dry them out quickly. i was thinking setting them on towels might help wick away moisture. will that work? attached are some pics. are these plants garbage now? any and all input is appreciated. thanks.
