Need some help with plants

The last thread only got one response so I'm going to ask again.

I'm not sure what could be causing this, I use nutes sparingly, haven't over watered, though there is a slight breeze from a fan... Maybe the light's too close?

It's hard to see in these pics because my they were taken with my phone, but the leaves are curling/drooping, there's some yellowish discoloration in the leaves, etc. Note - they're yellower than they look due to my phone's camera. They're looking shittier by the hour.

Suggestions please.

Details:

400w HPS 15" away

Fox Farm Ocean soil

Small amount of nutes 2 days ago, 3rd feeding. (Grow Big)

How tall are they? I run a hydro setup so I don't know much about soil, though they should be getting clone to 1/2 strength. For mine I switched to half at 3-4 inches.

One plant is 6", one's 8", and the other is 8.5"

I use a capful of big bloom (10ml?) diluted in 1.5 qts of water for 3 plants twice a week. I should probably use a little less though.

your set up looks pretty good for a good start. now, lets review the basics that should get you back on track.

400 watter should be 12 inchs from plants no closer and no farther then 24 inches. IF young let em start for a couple days at about 18 inchs. that is with a moving fan going across the underlight and plants so they sway a little. next water the plant with a good runoff...Id use deep dish trays to collect the water and siphon it out after about 5-10 minutes. these plants need to be watered well and not a little. they also like to dry out a little before watering but if they drop you waited too long and should learn from it. use the pot weight full and light trick to know when to water. They look like fabric pots so Id say without knowing your area details a 2 or 3 gallon pot should water about every 4/5 days. Cant tell about your nuts cause I dont use em but less is better till you know what they can handle. lastly good info to start and you should get on track but I highly suggest you get a ph pen and keep everything going into the pot 6.2-6.5 ph. so you dont have issues and can sway from that point with good success. oh, with ffof they have enough nuts in em for the first 3/4 weeks of plants. so, if you add nuts on top you could have issues over nuting.

goodluck

You need to use the weight of the pot trick to determine when to water. When you water thempick up a full pot noting the total weight. Pick the same pot up day 3 and 4noting how little it weights. You know its water time when light. Get a goodfeel for this tool. Also, challenge yourself in a couple waterings down theline to see how long you can hold out on watering before the leaves start todrop. Your goal is to water just before leaves drop. Weed/s in general thrivewhen allowed to dry out a bit. This really is a big deal. As a rule smallpotted plants starters in cup size or larger need watering about day 3 to 5.Big pots like 2 or 3 gallons range from 4-7 days. Note how they explode in growth day 2/3 after watering this way.
