Are these empty pollen sacs?

I have not been inspecting this plant lower down on the branches until today. But now that I have, I am seeing something I have yet to see in my limited experience, and not sure what they are. I am concerned that they are male flowers that have already blown their wad, but I have no clue. Hopefully someone can help? Plant is a Nirvana Pure Power Plant, 62 days into 12/12.

Thanks!

No seeds, but there is a Pure AK right next to the PPP at 33 days. Might spray the AK down with Dutchmaster's Reverse if these are indeed pollen sacs, but need to get an idea if they are.

I am wanting to lean this way. This plant has tight nodes but is not squat and bushy. Instead, the branches are tightly spaced and it is hard to get good light penetration on lower growth.
