Why did you start all those seeds in the same pot? they all need their own home.

also how old are they? they are starting to stretch, they want more light.

and stop soaking the soil. seedlings need very little water at first

Hard to tell with the pics, but I don't think it's a good idea to have them in the bottom of the glass like that. What kind of lights are you using...they seem to be stretching.

they are now 1 week old and the seeds i dnt know i just start growing them cause i had some and now im caring deeply about them and i dnt want them 2 die

get them out of that glass pot. put them all in there own pot, even if you can only find plastic cups. they are going to need drainage

Your seedlings look ok for their age. You wanna know how often to water them? Check em three times a day. If the top 1/2" of soil is dry, lift the pot. Is is light to lift? Take a pencil and stick it into the soil 1" down. Did it come up completely dry? Then it probably needs water. How much? My rule is this: Water seedlings as often as they need it. MB once a day MS twice a day. You have to learn when they need water. Always water before the point at which the leaves wilt. If they wilt you waited too long.
When the plants get a little older water on a schedule...like once a day or every other....depending on amount of light

put holes in the bottom of some plastic cups fill with potting soil with lotsa perilite and put only one plant per cup...get stronger lights and put it closer to stop the stretch....better yet leave tham alone get on here and read how to do it simply but properly and start over...that is your best option..

So there you go ..2 solutions:twisted:

Randy, I believe you have this backwards.....pot goes in the ashtray AFTER its been grown and smoked....

i'd start by using a much smaller container to grow in. when you use a huge pot for a small plant the chance of over watering increases.. if new to this but an in expensive ($10) moisture meter. and check before you water them..More plants die from too much water than most other causes in my experience. They never get a chance to grow a good root system. That is paramount to a healthy plant. good luck!
