I wouldn't stress it too much but that looks like some pH spotting to me.
Given the lack of information you've provided this is the most likely culprit. If you had the ability to control your pH I assume you would have included that.

Does I happen with too high or too low of a ph sorry for the lack of info but plants in a 3 gal container half FFOF and half light warrior not sure about the ph right now I have liquid, paper, and probe type ph testers the ph last time I checked was 6.5 roughly and that was 3 days ago I just watered it today with no nutes but I've been using the FF line of nutes at 1/4 strength all my plants are in the same mixture of soil and they all get the same dosage of nutes plants are under cfl bulbs about 20 and color Is 2700k all together I have 35000 lumens from cfl I plan on Gettin hps soon just not enoughnmoney now the strain is twilight for that plant in particular soil dries about very 3-4 days and I only use nutes once a week everyother watering any more info u need justask and I will post may not be a big problem now but I don't want it to turn into a bigger problem down the road

Oh. Then light penetration is probably your issue. Those CFL bulbs only provide enough PAR energy in the first few inches to encourage healthy photosynthesis. Anything further than 6 inches from the bulb won't photosynthesize so the plant will stop placing nutrients in the lowest leafs first. Increasing the lighting will help keep the rest of your lower foliage.

Otherwise it does sound and look like you're doing most everything right.
