Droopy leaves curling upwards....please help!

Hey everyone looking for a little help. I have a homemade hydroponic set; very basic: tank, pump, 24" flexible airstone, plants and lights (CFL).

The plants were doing great but when I watered yesterday I noticed that my red diesel leaves drooped down significantly. Some of the leaves are also starting to curl upwards, I'm sure that is not good.

I read that it could be over-watering but that doesn't make much sense with hydro. I also read that there may not be enough air getting to the roots. I thought the 24" airstone I had was enough but I added h2o2 also.

As of this morning this is what they look like. My efforts look like they've failed.... any help would be much appreciated.

-also, my other plant is fine, not sure why, only the one is fucked up

Over water makes perfect sense in hydro. Cut back on the watering and she should spring up fine. That is about the only thing I can thing of from these pictures, I have not tried hydro but I have read a lot on it, and she looks over watered. Give her a few days of no water see if that helps.

Oh boy, what you need to do is add 2 caps of 3% hydrogen peroxcide per gallon of water and that will turn them around.

Thanks man, I added the hydrogen peroxide today. How long before you think I should see some improvements? I was hoping to switch to flowering within the next week but I think I might have to postpone it cause of this.
