white dots on bottom of main stalk. +rep!!

hello all, i got a plant that has white specks starting from the bottom of the plant and it looks like it may be spreading. I wanna know whats wrong and find out how I can fix it! please somoeone help!

Its normal... and its not spreading. It will be limited to the lower portion of the stalk. No need for concern. Its just cannabis plant anatomy.

well its like half way up the main stem..i did lst so it is a nice bushy plant..short.
