Let's talk bout this ACTA. If you don't know what it is, have a look http://www.siliconrepublic.com/new-media/item/25502-eu-countries-including/ and how this will affect people...here even on rollitup.
Everybody knows, more or less, that the phones can be listened by the man. If on your phone you will say certain words, some red lights will start fleshing and your conversation will be listened. Basically with this ACTA it will be the same thing with the internet. For example this forum. Maybe some of you know that to be able to have this internet you need an IP address. The IP addresses are of two types. Static IP and Dynamic IP. Static means that the IP address that was allocated will be always yours and that number will be always associated with your name. The dynamic address is a number that is changing and the IP address is not always the same for your pc/laptop when you are going on the net. But There are classes of dynamic IP allocated to a region, to some buildings in a region. So...for example...you are doing you things on this forum entering multiple times each day on it and in the vast majority of the countries the mj is illegal. So the man can use this ACTA to see users who are entering on some websites and what they are writing and the man can track you down. And ACTA will let them do that and they can come at your door and tell you : " on this dates you entered that many times on this site that is teaching how to grow weed and you've asked this questions and you've posted this pics, so we came to see what is happening inside your house, we believe that you are growing illegal plants" Do you understand what I am saying? this is ACTA. They are saying that has the purpose to stop the piracy (movies and music and etc download) but I say it's bullshit. And my question is ... where the f*** is the democracy? does democracy really exists ? or it's just a f***ing word that we like to play with.
