inexpensive custom 1W panel, observations, cooling, etc

I put my CW 50W XPG to use in my veg cab - it's working splendidly along with my lazy-man's DTW tub - wanted to share about that so posted here. I still have yet to get my 50W WW XPGs setup and running in my flower cab - may get to that soon, but my merry panels are still working just fine at the moment.
