Here is an update 28 days into flowering.... Running out of space, anyone care to make a guess if they'll get to big? This is my first time...

They are closing in on their doubled size... They are definatly starting to form some buds, its starting to get cramped and lots of crystals starting to apear.

I turned a few lights off for the pictures
Their temperature stays right around 79 all day. I have been watering them every 3 or 4 days with lots of water. I mist them every now and then. They are getting Jack's Classic Dynamic Duo about once a week in very watered down amounts.
I have a lot of CFL's. They are as follows.
1- 105Watt Full Spectrum CFL Lamp
3 - 55Watt Full Spectrum CFL Lamp
4 - 42W Soft White Bulbs like These

It seems you know an awful lot about CFL's and color spectrum with the "k" business.
Forgive my ignorance, but I've got a CFL grow weeks away from flowering and I've been scrambling to find a 400w HPS system for cheap enough, gave up on that idea and have now been looking for CFL's with proper spectrum for flowering.
Right now I've got 9,000 lumens and I honestly have no idea what "k" any of them are. I only looked at the lumens
I'm willing to spend another 100-200$ easy on lights for flowering.
Can you direct me to the information I need to read to understand the color spectrums for CFL's and learn what I should have throughout my stages?

They are 3'2", 2'6", and the last to are 2'. 3 of them are raised up on a tuperware storage container to make up for their giant sister.
5000k is in the Middle of the spectrum correct?
If I replaced any of the full spectrum CFL's with Soft White CFL's I would loose considerable lumens.

If you are willing to spend money and heat/venting isnt an issue for you then buy a 400W HPS. Believe me I wanted to.
HPS - High pressure sodium produces light in the red spectrum around 2700k. You want 2700k for flowering. I would absolutly suggest a HPS over CFL. If you buy a HPS you will get the correct "K" as you call it for flowering. HPS's only put out the red light spectrum.
For veggin you wanted a MH (Metal Halide) which best imitated the Blue Light spectrum. But your CFL's worked out it seems.

"daylight" or "cool" are usually 6500K (good for cloning and vegging)
"soft white" or "warm" are usually 2700K (good for flowering)
I had to visit the manufacturers web site to determine mine since it wasn't on the package.
you can figure to get 60-70 lumens per watt for CFLs. I've seen 10,000 lumens per square foot as the recommended amount. And of course you need to factor in the distance the lights are from the plants (so much to consider).

good info except daylight spectrum isn't the same as cool white.
daylight is actually 5500k and suck for both veg and flowering.
i have this feit electric daylight 100w replacement and sprouts did nothing under it. it was like they were in the dark the whole time, but i could see them.
edit: these bulbs are great for lighting my bedroom though! bright as crap

is that how the color temp works? bc it seems these 5500k bulbs are just low in red and blue, full of middle spec. running some 2700k and 6500k doesnt seem to add up to me as being the medium number. more like just being the two together. correct me if im wrong i like to learn new things

First off Empyrean421, nice little set up you got there. Now that you are in your 4th week of flowering, your plants height probably won't get that much bigger. Over 90% of the plant's energy will go to bud production. I have been using CFLs and they grew maybe 2 inches since it's 3rd week in flowering. You SHOULD be good with your space. Buds will get big, but not the plant. Keep your CFLs very close to the buds. Good luck!
