What is this????/Nute Burn/Dying Leaf??

on a side note....do these look indica or sativa? I thought sativa @ first because the seeds came home with me from Jamaica, but as the leaves are growing they are short and fat, that would be indica right?

The bottom leaves have done that with me before, but as long as it doesn't start affecting anything higher up on the plant then it isn't a big deal. It should still grow strong. And for your 2nd question, yeah I'd say it's an indica dominant strain.

weird, i thought the same thing about the strain. I expected them to be sativa since they are native Jamaican plants....oh well!!!

It looks like nute burn. Make sure you do not pour anything directly on the plants when they are this young such as ferts. It should be fine,

what you are seeing on the leaf is just plain water, I dried it off afterwards. I may have dripped some of the fert. on it before though, Thanks for all your feedback.

What do you think so far? are they healthy/big enough? They have been under MH for about 1.5 weeks, before that they germ'd under a flouro bulb... for about a week.

They look like they're doing fine to me. They have a good color green so they're gettin plenty of nitrogen which is good for the veg stage.

yeah at this point they are in FF ocean forest soil, and I am using 1/4 tsp per gallon of grow big...Im gonna flush them over the next few days to make sure I haven't given them too much.

they are really short and bushy with compact growth, so Im guessing another tell tail sign of an indica plant.

I was shocked, i really expected sativa.
