Autoflowering Grow - Several different strains

Hey Guys, couple of weeks into what i'd call my first real grow, played around with a couple of smaller cfl grows, whilst they went well and yielded decent amounts i figured it was time to step things up. Below is a list of the equipment im using:

-400W Hps and metal Halide enclosed in a 5" cooltube
-2x30w 6700K cfl's for prop
-Secret Jardin DS90II Grow Tent 90cm x 90cm x 170 cm fit in to my spare showerroom
-Prima Klima Budget Carbon Filter - 125mm/5"
-Manrose 5" in-line extraction fan (2Speed)
-5 x 3.5L Square Wilma pots for start
-5 x 11L Square Wilma Pots for finishing in

-Plagron Light Mix soil for first few weeks and BB AllMix Soil for rest
-Formulex
-Biobizz grow
-Biobizz bloom
-biobizz top max

Trying to keep things as organic as possible even though ive heard biobizz isnt as organic as it could be.lol Ive heard good things about it though.

I am growing out one of each of the following autoflowering strains:

White Cheese - Dinafem
Blueberry - Dutch Passion
Afghan Kush Ryder - World of Seeds
Original Amnesia - Dinafem
Mazar - Dutch Passion

I opted for the papertoweled method, germed first three on the 26/09 and the last two on the 3/10 - All popped success
I originally planted my first three in to small 1l pots, literally within two days the taproot of the afghan kush ryder was twice the depth of the pot, so repotted all in to 3.5l and decided to plant my last two direct from papertowel in to 3.5L and just got rid of the 1L's. I think nxt grow round, especially if i do auto's again i will plant direct from a tall plastic cup after first few days straight in to the 11l pots.

Here is a few photos of where i am currently at...these pics were taken this morning, im at 20days from when i put my first 3 in to papertowels.

As you can see, even at this early stage ive got a problem, I attempted to repot the autoblueberry in to its final 11L pot a little over 2 days ago, i made quite the botch job of it because i did not wait long enough after i watered it to repot it and so the soil came away from the root ball and in the panic I figured I must have damaged some of the root system.I am going to leave this another few days to see if she comes round, new growth doesnt look too bad on her. If anyone has any input on how to help this please feel free to share with me the cures :-)
still new enough at this so alot of guessing goin on when such problems arise, hoping that this thread and you wonderful forum peeps can help me through my grow!!

I must say that ive found growth overall a bit slow but that could be my impatience!! I am hoping to repot the nxt two over nxt few days in to BioBizz AllMix soil, bit aprehensive after my first one going wrong so gonna take it slow and easy. As i am growing in light soil, i did start light feeding of formulex and biobizz grow...

Please feel free to offer any advice on how i can improve my grow and ways for me to get the yield i should be able to get with my lighting and such, i saved for so long to be able to afford this equipment and so i wanna get the most possible out of it. Thanks for taking the time to read my post!
