high everyone on RIU!!

after failing with the hawaiian MW, I finally got my "barney's tangerine dream" femd. I orderd from EDit. they also threw in some femd. white widow as a gift wich was very nice of them. I also ordered some chiesle femd. from attitude but it still hadn't arrived. hope customs didn't get there hands on them... 2011-10-12 15.41.26.jpg2011-10-12 15.35.46.jpg2011-10-12 15.41.41.jpg2011-10-12 15.36.22.jpg

this time I germd them in party cups, put the lights closer so they won't stretch and got a new water based A/C so temps are lower and humid is higher, 75-85F and 40%-77%. one BTD and one WW have sprouted and look very happy. hope i'll get my chiesle soon, and the alien OG kush that comes with it and along with the bag seed that is now vegging, I will have 6 different strains in my grow room!!

Looking good Ron! I love seeing the 1st little 'jaggy leaves' as my gf calls them.

I just sprouted 5 little ladies myself they are all on the 1st set of jaggy leaves. I decided on the Fire Hydrant Feminized from dr.greenthumb for myself, bought a pack of 10 and like usual got 11.

Mine are in cups just like yours, I do a 2 layer cup deal tho, outside cup has black tape to protect roots from light, inside cup has no tape so you can tell when they are good to transplant by just lifting em up and takin a peak. All the cups have holes in the bottom to allow nice drainage.

Keep it up, and Good luck.

+rep for luck

long time no update!

so I waited for about two weeks for my cheisle seed from attitude but it got lost somewhere... I wrote them an e-mail about it and they said if they arrive on 11/2 I need to write them again but i'm not gonna wait that long so I germd 4 more BTD and the last freebie WW. just planted the, last night and none sprouted yet. 2011-10-30 22.54.10.jpg2011-10-30 23.01.30.jpg

Can you give me some background on your plants?

Soil brand:
Soil Amendments:
Nutrients brands used:
Water source:
Light type:
Ventilation or fans in use:

You bigger plant looks like it's had some stress in it's life but is other wise pretty full looking, is it LST'd?

yes, the bigger is a bagseed that got streached whilest sprouting so I did LST.

I am using a local brand coco perlite 50/50 (dont remember brands name...) w/ hessi nutes at 1/8 dose. will go higher when they get stronger, 1/4 till 1/2 just befor flowering and then back again. I use tap water becous tap here is very clean and low on chlorien. I use 12" fan for cyrculation + water based A/C for cooling. I'm growing in a warehous that has lots of air flowing so I dont need intake/out take...

Far be it from me to tell people what to do with their grows...but i just like to see people have some moderate success after so much investment...that being said, how often are you watering bro..? i don't claim to know much...or anything really for that matter, but your plants just look maybe a little thirsty to me...could be wrong...but nice start otherwise...LST is tight, i wanna try that shit out myself...was it pretty easy to get the hang of..?

so easy- every one should do it! there is no right or wrong, all you do is once the seedling is long and strong enough (about 9-14 days) you just hook it down to the edge of the pot or right in the soil, and then every few days, once it is long again you add a another hook, and just fool around as you go! start with liter hooks and as the plant gets stronger go for heavier ones.

yes, they were a bit thirsty, I wrote in one of the posts above- I took the pics just before watering. I water the seedlings every day or two, depending on how dry the soil is. the LST one is being watered 2L every 3-4 days (once on Wednesday, once on Saturday).
