somebody suggested i post in this folder instead of the beginners and indoor growing ones for some expert opinions.

i'm flying blind here and although i think i've had some pretty luck so far, despite a rocky start, i'll take all the advice i can get.

here's some pictures i took today of my one lone plant. it's a kiwiseeds kiwiskunk plant. the websites says 45-60 days flowering and i'm still a week away from 45 days. as you can see some of the pistils are turning brown, mostly on the smaller buds in the middle of the plant. to my inexperienced eye the trichomes look clear. i'm wondering if i'm a week away or a month away? any ideas? i'm in soil. should i stop nutes and just use clear water or keep feeding for another week or two?

any ideas suggestions comments are appreciated! thx.

Very Nice Plants .. I'd start flushing them now .. maybe see if you can hold out 10 days or a little longer , They look great ...

thx. i can hold out as long as needed.

by flushing do you mean just water as needed with no nutes, or really flush the soil out with lots of clear water? both? should i keep the soil pretty dry at this point to avoid mold? am i over-analyzing this?

Who would of thought to smoke a plant that looked like that? Surely something that looks like that would kill you if you smoke it hehe nice grow

Looks fucking great....but i would say two weeks....you can start to flush if you want. Give it just water, not actually flush it...;P
Thats great for a beginner...

thanks everybody! i'm going to stop nutes now and wait 2 weeks at least before cutting 'er down. i hope the buds keep filling out. it seems like this has taken forever. i bought kiwiskunk because it was a bit less expensive than other seeds and right now i'm happy with it. i'm under CFL's in soil. i bent and trained to keep it under control despite not knowing what i am doing. otherwise i think it would have been 5 feet tall. i wonder how it would have turned out under HIDs! of course who knows how it will smoke but i'm pretty sure it will be fine.

I would say 2 weeks minimum, but 4 weeks max

new pix - i flushed my plant today. 10 gallons of clear water. took about an hour to do it too. gonna be hard to not throw nutes at it.

You can still use mollasses with your watering, and I would deffently recommend it at this point.

2 tbs a gallon. Goodluck

If its hydro dont use molasses though, cant see if its soil or hydro from pictures. but im guessin soil.

Id say that plant has about 3 weeks left. I dont flush ntil the last week...I think anymore than that is a waste.

Like clockwork as for flushing anywhere from one to 2 weeks is fine.
