I'm a little stuck on the bitcoin purchase, which service do you use, which are reliable? Using the FAQ from Reddit, I came across https://mtgox.com/, looks pretty basic, any users use that one?

Also, how do you know which vendors on the SR are reliable or have good product and discreet packaging?
