exhaust/intake

i have a:
veg= 1 1/2 ft X 2 ft (floor space)
flower= 3 1/2 ft X 2ft (floorspace)
4ft high

running
(1) 14W LED panel in veg
(2) 14W LED panel in flowering (stronger)
or
1 UFO in flowering
the lights will be housed in something that is not attached to the actually box. cuts outs will be made for them at top and they will be in their own housing with vents.

i was thinking of getting maybe 2 small computer intake fans for each side and make exhaust holes at the top of the chambers then have tubing that goes to a 4in exhaust with carbon filter.
would that be enough intake and exhaust?

is the 4" exhaust an overkill?
or should i get one of those small ones that are 80cfm ?

well, I dont support LEDs lol but I would say you could probably use the smaller one since they dont produce much heat.

sweet thanks man, and is the computer fans (passive) good for both sides? maybe 4" computer fans idk. and the tubing thing for the exhaust so that it hits the entire room with that 1 exhaust.
