Help me round out my 1000W Medicine Room!!

Okay well Im trying to round out my medicine spaces.
Im gonna talk about the "Budding Chamber" right now...
Its about 5x6 or something like that.

It used to be a DIY 400w setup and grew decent.......

Okay, Now I have a 6" 595 CFM blower fan, Blowing my 1000 watt bulb,
(I moved the 400 to a smaller spot, MH conversion bulb and gotta 1000w ballast for this room)
I always wire up my own ballasts to save money But always
safely I do alot of electrical work. Its pulling from the attic
hose that runs to one of the vents in my house so I get air from
the best climate controlled room to cool the fan... Anyway I
recently put up some mylar, Seems like Im losing some light thanks to
the tan colored carpet, plus all the head room, I need to get it
a little brighter I think in here, And maybe get a fan pulling
air out into the attic as well to keep temps below 82 degrees

So Should I put up more mylar? How can I save some of the light, It seems like 1000watt should be enough for this room, But it sucks
losing a bit of light going into the ducting of hte cool tube...

IS this setup alright for some good buds? The 400
buds were just too light after drying.. I just want to make
sure its good before I start my next blackjack seeds...
