Putting them in a papertowel is a good idea actually....
I'll leave them in the cup for 4-5 hrs more, and then either put them to a papertowel until they finish, or plant them.

it happens to teh best of us :) as we all kno :) lmfao! Anyway man i'm baked haha...ya, if u do teh papertowel thing, i find folding the papertowel in half works, making sure the seeds are in the center of the folded papertowel, not too close to the edge or teh fold. Place in lil sandwhich baggie close it try it get all air out. place ontop ur computer ;) Works wonders lol

on top of my computer!!!!! nice way to keep the towel warm.....

The seeds were just planted. On top of each pot, a 335W equivalent cfl (3000K) was hung to keep the soil a bit warm.
Now, I'll just have to wait for them to sprout. Hoping it'll be soon....

There are some good news and some bad news.

The good news is that seed #1 sprouted today!!! you can see it in the second pic.

The bad news is that yesterday seed #2 did some funny things. The seed was on top of the soil and this white thing was not in the soil trying to make roots. I'll make on quick draw, to see what I mean. I didn't know what to do so I left it like this under the light. That was in the morning. When I came back after about 10hrs it was exactly as I left it. So I took it very carefully, made a small hole, put it there and finally covered with soil. I think it will not make it.
I really want it to live, because if it doesn't then I'll be stuck again with only one plant. (I don't have any more Jack Herer seeds, I only have bagseed). And in my first grow where I only had one plant, it came out with balls. So, I was hoping that with the next two I'd had at least one female.

It was planted two days ago. Do you think that it still has a chance to sprout??

ya man, as long as the light didnt really damage the root it should be fine. only time will tell tho!! Clone it, if all u end up with is one ;P
 
I'll definitely clone it. As long as it's a female. I just don't wanna end up with a male again.
I hope it'll sprout although I still don't see anything...
 
second day today, and everything seems to be going ok so far. You can just see the first true set of leaves is appearing. I'm watering everyday with a few ml of 6.3 pH water.

same here. wake up too early too. But I've got some work to do, which i've been putting off for a while now, so now it's my chance to finally do it....lol

hey man! Everything's quiet over here.
One seed didn't sprout after all. Guess the root was damaged by the lights when it did that weird thing.

The one that did sprout, is growin in a strange way. Today it's its 6th day and as you can see from the pics, its shape is still weird... I'm very curious to see how it's going to develop. Fingers crossed....

Lol ah!! Wtf happened? Sry about the dead one, by that one right there, is just funny :) I hope she straightens out for u lmfao :P . How ya been doin man . U all outta seeds now?
 
What temps are you getting? what i know about tomato cultivation you could write on a Rizzla but they look like they've been to Venus for the weekend :)
