Welcome to the Phantom Cookies grow report in my Jungle!
First off I would like to thank GDP Genetics for creating another wonderful strain.

Im doing this report from seed to smoke. strap in tight because its gonna be a wicked ride!

Ok so lets get started : )

I ordered a 10pk of Phantom Cookies back when they released it. I couldnt resist because I love cookies( the real ones ).
And i want a pheno with Cookie dough flavor in my garden. So how about we go on a search for one !!

I went a head and popped 5 from the 10pk on July 4th in rapid rooters, and got 5/5 100% germ rate in less than 48 hrs.. so far so good.
The way I wanted to do this search is going to help conserve time, space, and more importantly, money.

Once the seedlings are ready, each will be transplanted into a 2 gallon Smart Pot with Roots Organics soil and will be kept in Veg long enough to get clones, then will go straight into flower. Obviously keeping the females and saying Adios! to the males...

Normally I use Super Soil, but not with this experiment. Still going to be growing Organically with Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Bloom every watering and a little bit of molasses
a couple of times in between. This is my first time doing it this way but i have a good feeling it will work out very well.



Im excited to get these in soil.. Im looking for that Cookie Dough flavored dank!

a little bit of info on my veg and flower space..

Veg tent : 4x4
6 bulb 4ft floros 200w 6400K
125w CFL

Flower room: 5ft wide x 8ft long x 7ft high
2 400w HPS lights (Lumatek & Apollo Ballast/Hortilux Bulbs)
2 Lightning 28x22 6 inch Air cooled hoods
1 400 CFM Inline fan with carbon filter

small and simple set up but it produces more than enough of high quality medicine for myself.

heres a little update of how fast these things are growing. its only been 3 weeks since I put the cookies in rapid rooters.



once i figure out which ones are females, ill get clones and put the girls in the bud room to try and find that cookie flavored dank!. Pretty simple. Stay tuned!

Looking good! You ever used earth juice. Since your using super soil i would get a bottle of earth juice bloom and their mollasess and a bottle of cal mag. They will kill that watered down botanicare. Just brew the ej 24 b4 feeding.

thanks for the tips.. im not using super soil for these test runs.. just roots organic soil and feeding with botanicare in flowering. I use botanicare because its not very strong and its organic.. I like to stick to water only as much as possible. Though i do feed my super soil plants molasses at day 30 and 45 of flower. Once again, i appreciate the suggestions and might look into some earth juice.. thank you

OK now an update on these babies... I got 2 BIG females and 3 males out of 5 seeds, so im not mad i got at least 2 females to choose from. Both of the females have fat Indica fan leaves... They grew so fast i saw roots coming out of the bottom of the pots after 3 weeks of veg.. very vigorous growth outta these girls.. They will be flipped into the bud room in the next few days.. I will get some pictures for the next update. For now, peace out!

Just pick up 2 phantom cookies and 2 og kush from GDP genetics. Hopefully I get females, will be stopping by from time to time to check on your girls.

i have 2 females out of 5 seeds from a 10 pack so Im not expecting it to be exactly like cookie dough but ya never know.. I havent seen many people grow this yet so i wanted to just try some for myself.. They are coming a long nicely and will snap photos very soon.

Very nice start! best of luck my dude, did you order those online? Im very interested in the whole girl scout, animal, and phantom cookie genetics. Do you know if the GDP guys are the original? I thought i remember hearing that Girl Scout is clone only but could be wrong. Hope all goes well keep us updated! ez dude

in all honesty i was not happy with the results. I would post up the pictures but i think at this point it doesnt matter. I had one leaning gdp which was alright smelling and tasting but yields nothing, and then i had this musty kinda earthy one that yielded well but lacked in the potency department. you could say i will be popping the other 5 of these soon. I still have faith but i did not end up keeping either one of the females unfortunately. I have limited veg room (4x4 tent) and can only flower 5 at a time. So gotta keep the dank in and let go of anything not above "my standards". The seeds are good, didnt have any problems germinating and the veg growth was nothing but vigor. Just didnt find a keeper yet. Sure hope i do! stay tuned!

dont have the room brotha, and i dont mind paying someone to make crosses for me "a normal medical gardener" either! stay up!

There's good keeper phenos I have one. I popped 5 also, 3 males 2 females. One female smelled very subtle. Almost like old pumpkin pie. High yield but sativa dominant and needed over ten weeks. Not a keeper. The keeper smelled sort of like cherry Hawaiian punch very early in flower. Looks like forum cut but on steroids. Final smell and Taste are earthy cherries. My pheno is very high yielding. I've seen others with a similar pheno but say it's only medium yield. I guess I got lucky. You can check my thread history I posted some pics of her a few times.
