My 1st Grow - Bagseeds / CFL with pics!

This is my first grow ever, doing it from bagseeds
any advice or tips on the way would be nice.

Bag Seeds
8 26w CFL - 6500K
1 30w Flo
4 plants in soil
3 started on 4/3/08
1 other on 4/9/08
Soil is Foxfarm
perlite / vermiculite
2 Fans
1 Aerogarden going with 3 seedlings
16/8 Hours
temperature is usually at 80 degrees

was actually thinking about making coke can reflectors for each light today, but i do have a top reflector above the lights.

They still look kinda stretched, but your stems look nice and strong and they have a great color. Will you be transplanting them into larger containers or leaving them in those? i just think those long stems may give you a problem later with your plants being a bit top heavy? With CFLs you can practically put the light almost on top of it and still be ok, as they don't get very hot. i'd find a way to lower the lights even more if it's possible....unless they're already much closer. An inch or two away is ideal.

oh ya i moved the lights down now. I think they are stetched a little because as i was starting the grow i was getting things little by little (including lights) so they started on little amount of light leading to the stretching. Its about 1-2 inches above the plants now. More comments?

I will prob transplant them to bigger buckets, not sure yet. I would love three females to grow.

i will also prob be adding my first nutes once my plants get a few more leafs, any suggestions which nutes are good

Looking good so far. I like your closet setup

As for nutes, I used Miracle Grow. After reading everyone says not to but hey, my girl was not burned or anything and is turning out great. I used 28-8-16 I believe.

looks good ..the very beginning and the very end are the hardest and most painstaking. You can still go some time before transplanting, I'd also wait about 2 weeks to start adding the nutes... have you thought about trying to throw up some cfls on the sides, and not just over the top? More light from different angles is always good. Other then that nice set-up.. have fun checking on um every 10 minutes haha its addicting..
