20-20-20 yeah mate you gotta be careful.. but i think you can control it... it will grow em like hell... and Fert or mirical grow burns you're plants.. when the leafs turn yellow... there burning... you're hittin em to hard thats how you know, all you need to do is flush em with some water and they will recover but you're plants are lookin nice mate
 
here is a good mix for ya to use mate,

Perlite 15%
Potting Soil 60%
Worm Castings 10%
Building sand 10%
Premix 5%

then use you're basic nutrients, works like a charm for me

I use a similar DIY blend. And I like your style so I'll share it :mrgreen:
60% organic potting soil
10% coco fibers
10% vermiculite
10% worm castings
5% perlite
5% pumice and sand
I dont have a master soil mix like some organic gardeners do but It seems to work ok for me, at least. As they say: to each, his own.
Honestly I think your recipe would work just as well, all the important bits are the same, we just use a couple different materials to do the same thing. I don't like perlite that well, so I use a mix of perlite, pumice, vermiculite and sand. perlite can grow green algae on it, and I've found the other stuff doesnt as much so I just use a smaller percentage of perlite along with amendments meant to replace and reproduce it's function. I know that perlite doesn't always let algea grow on it, but I dont want to even deal with it.
