They popped out of soil yesterday morning, so this is day 2.
Soil seems hot from the lights, so I moved lights 4 inches from soil now.
Looking good, a bit droopy but it'll dry and tommorow will look awesome.
Here's some pics.First one is day 1. :) day1.jpgday2.jpglights.jpg
This is normal right? day2a.jpg
Any advice is welcome.

Are the leaf edges curling up in that latest pic? I'd stick with just one cfl right now and put it 1-2 inches from the plant. You might be generating too much heat and that plant doesn't need more than one light right now. I've got a cfl closet grow going right now and trying to manage the lights is a pain but, the more ghetto it gets the more fun... At least for me.

It's not a heat problem, in fact it's almost a bit too cold ( still in the optimal temp)
tacoing is due to heat, but if just the edges are doing that, then the leaf is sucking more water that way. :)
Atleast someone told me that, lulz.

Edit: found the post.

yup they look fine, the slight curling upwards on the edge of the leaves is a sign of one of 2 things, they are trying to suck in water by creating a slight rim around the edges, to push water in. (thats good, means healthy root growth). also the tilting upwards of the leaves like that shows strong cellulose on a cellular level, the leaves try to position themselves to receive the most light possible, so they tilt upwards, at the ends.

^^^ this is not to be confused with the taco-ing of the leaves, which is due to high heat. thats NOT whats going on here.

Uh-oh, day 8 and i see some yellowing or browning on tip of the first leaves. hard to see but it is there.

What should I do? It couldn't be a deficiency because it's so young. right?
Probably not heat too.

Damn, I had some security probs, so i moved it outside to a stealth location. It still looks small andd kinda yellowish. If it doesn't get better I'll feed her a lil bit of nutes, because it looks like it tries to get the leaves darker green, but the most of them are light green/yellowish green. ;(
I'll probably start another outdoor grow after a few days tho.

Gonna live, gonna live :D Yeh, for the last days it's been no clouds, but the nights are cold. Damn you high-ph-tap-water-that-fucked-up-my-top69 :D:D

07012009268.jpg There's some soil on the leaves, but you can see , the yellowing leaves. IT looks really small, tho it's hard to cmpare if every picture is taken close to the plant. I thought it was a ph problem, but now that the leaves changed the colour to more white-yellowish, not burning-orange-brown-yellowish, I think it's a nitrogen def. I'll give her nutes the next watering or smthn. Hope she does oke. Just planted some critical mass.

Damn bro shes not looking too good :( looks like overwatering tho tbh, maybe hold back on watering for a little bit? How often do you water and how much?
mmm critical mass, one of my buddies had a cm grow a while back, turned out to be some sweet a** bud :bigjoint:
Im thinking of trying a power kush as ive already got the seed, but i want to get abit further with this Top 69 first :D

Day 29 Top6916012009329.jpg16012009330.jpg16012009331.jpg16012009332.jpg
I have officially lost 2 sets of leaves. 1 ate by snails, second - chlorine burn.
Added nitrogen is getting the leaves darker green, at least they're not pale and white anymore.
