400w Organic Closet Grow

Alright I finally got a setup. Nothing big just for personal use. I'm using a 400w with two 2 gallon pots with Foxfarm Ocean and Forest soil and then will have a 2in square trellis about a foot above the top of the plants.(Growing Mothers) I'm going to be using organic tea for my nutrient.
Veg Tea (Every 3rd Water)
10-3-1 Bat Guano
5-1-1 Fish Emulsion
Dirt Worm Castings
Seaweed/Kelp Extract
Black Strap Molasses

Flower Tea (Every Water)
3-18-0 Fish Bone Meal
10-3-1 Bat Guano (For a little extra N)
Dirt Worm Castings
Seaweed/Kelp Extract
Black Strap Molasses

My grow space is 3' Length 20" Wide 4' Tall. I have a 400w HPS hooded reflector(Not Air Cooled), I have a 3" intake fan with a 5" fan for exhaust, both computer fans. Seems to keep it cool enough, still quite hot around 82 F. I also have a 8" Floor Fan Circulating. But I am going to add another 6" clip fan some time soon. Im also going to use a Air Purifier in the grow room for smell along with a Ona Gel in the bedroom outside the closet.

Now for my plants. This year for my outdoor I chose to use Barney Farm's LSD and Vanilla Kush. So while they're outside, I'll take a clone or two off each. Then use one of each in my room. The seeds just popped and are being grown with a 75w CFL under a 24 hour light cycle for 2 weeks before going outside. And wont be planted until I know their sex. But in the meantime, I have two plants I already had going. A LST'ed Headband Kush, and a soon to be LST'ed Obama OG Kush. They're about 2 weeks into flowering, but show little signs of sex. They both have what looks like a female flower but only one on each and its too soon to tell. But they have had a little stress with move the new room and all. But tell me how you like! These plants are also organic using same tea.

wow... you're using almost the exact same tea regimen I use! same set up too; 400w in a small closet space. have you used this system in under this light before? what were your yields if so? Lookin good!

what are your temps in there? is that fan enough? the only changes I would make would be to replace the chamber ceiling with foil sided foam insulation board and cut a bathroom exhaust fan into it. otherwise you're lookin golden to me!

Yes I have used this light before with soil, and in the same closet a while back, but it was my first grow with a HPS and I only yeild about a Oz per plant. This grow Im hoping for 1.5oz off these plants. I only veged them 3 weeks under 120w's of CFL's. The grow after, I aiming for 3+Oz ea plant. Im using SCROG and I know I have plently of space for two plant to get decent size. My temps are usually in the low 80's but Im thinking about just going with a 4" Inline Fan w/ Filter. Then run a DuctStat to regulate Temp. Also so I dont run my electricity up.

So this Thursday will be 3 weeks flowering for my two girls. They have both shown their sex and both female.I have been running tea on both but recently changed pot on Headband Kush and when I potted I added Fish Bone Meal, Earth Worm Castings, and a little High N Bat Guano to the soil and tilled it all in together so now I water her with Kelp and Molasses only.

For my next grow I'm going to be using two 3 gallon DWC systems with Humboldt Master A & B w/ Full Line. Also adding Humboldt Bushmaster, Gravity, and Snow Storm Ultra. Still SCROG. So stay tuned. This will be happening within a week after these harvest! Also buying a 4" Inline Fan w/ Filter. The one that is indoors, is Headband, and Outdoors is Obama OG
