!!!Ghetto Grow #2!!!
Straight into flowering, gonna start 2-6 seeds.
--two 42 watt CFLs
---I know need more light but if I start on 12/12 in cups then they will stay
small, just like having one plant in the middle, but the wasted light will
have somewhere to go.

Ok people. This time around I will post updates once or twice a week. more then 1 plant and straight into 12/12 like intended on the last grow. Same Box and lighting... unfortunately... I spent most of my project money on a 70w hps that I cant even use because of the heat...

After MICROWAVING the soil, freezing and bringing to room temperature I planted 4 seeds, the other 2 seeds i put back into the bag until i can figure out what to do with them.

I am keeping the light on 24/7 until I have decent sprouts.

Soil is MG, I know I know, but my plant was doing well last time only thing is that MG has a big impact on making the plants hermie from what I have read.

Check out the pics.

Hi dude i am looking in assuming you want people to comment you have to ask them to or they arent allowed.
If you didnt want me to comment just ask a mod to delete my post:blsmoke:

Ok they all looking nice and healthy.
Shame you cant build a bigger box and use the hps as well.
I assume you microwaved the soil to make sure there were no eggs in it of any kind, good idea.:blsmoke:

interesting experiment, plants are looking good from my view. How long is the bloom cycle going to be since the veg cycle was like a week if that?

yea, Microwaving works like a charm. And for now at my current location I am trying to keep them micro... they are still under 6 inches. :-D I think its fun... Haha. But yea I have 2 70 watt hps bulbs, one of which came with a security set up, and a ballast I think... :-P when/if I move I will get a 400w. I love cfl's though. just having a problem with heat...

check out the pics

EDIT***

I skipped the veg state. Straight to flower.

I dont understand what you mean by schedule.

This is an example of a schedule. notice the weeks on the left margin. Most seeds, or types of plant have different maturing times and so the schedule is modified for this time frame. The time frame is not always correct, depending on the events of the trangressing plantlife. in other words stress lengthens the time of maturity, ideal circumstances shorten the timeframe. Imagine getting 1lbs per !000w of light in 6 weeks of flowering. anyway i digress, how many weeks until you crop is the basic question here. but don't worry the plant will tell you when it's ready, but it's easier the plan a feeding schedule ahead of time to just make it easier i guess, but more complicated to some i can see. i tend to ramble at times.
