Compare Small Closet Grows

Hey everybody, this is my grow journal/Comparison thread.
I will be posting my grow here and would love to see all you guys compare with mine.
Please only post if your grow is a small closet grow or you would like to help.

MY GROW
-plants are named A B C and D. (Bagseed)
-plant A (main grow) as of today oct 29, is on 3rd week of 12/12
-plants B and C started receiving light on oct 24th 12/12 from seed
-Plant D started receiving light on oct 27th 12/12 from seed

NUTES
-None besides some good soil somewhat organic grow

LIGHTS
-2 flurous 25 watts each plus one reflector 3200 lumens altogether
- when i can i let them sit in the sun for about 3 hours

FANS
-None. closet gets somewhat of a breeze tho

WATER
-tap water that has been sitting in an open container, water ever 3 days or as needed

Hope you guys bring my thread to life. Can anyone give me a good estimation of much plant A will yeild? Its about 14 inches now.

Thanks for the comment. As to some of your questions i can only give you information from what i have done through my dro grow and comparing it to your soil grow and make guesstimations. Everyone will tell you its very hard to know how much final product you have and that there no point to at figuring that out, but i think i can give you a window, depending on when you started flowering is how big you plant will be at the end of flowering. Im going to use the data from my small plant for this. I triggered flowering with it at 10 inches and as of right now 6 weeks 3 days im at 24 inches with it, and its not getting any taller. im figuring about 28 grams to 42 grams of this plant dried, so basically an oz oz and a half. from the looks your A plant, your infrastructure looks small, which will hurt your final yield. Stems are small and wiry... maybe theyll bulk out more as time goes on... Honestly for plant a i woudlnt say any more than 3/4 of an oz... and that is because of the lights you are using... from what i read throughout these forums is 1 gram of dried product per watt of light used is ideal.... with that being said my first grow under a 400w hps i yielded 96 grams, or 1/4 of a gram per watt of light.... floros are not the light you want to use when flowering...

nice grow man i got a small cab goin2 only one plant though as i had 2 kill the male the other day, will be starting lemon skunk, northern lights and the church in about a month or so

Thanx alot man. I bought plant A not knowing how old it was or how long it was vegged for, but i started flowering on 12/12 once it reached 12 inches which i read was ideal to start flower for smaller indoor grows. Its about i'd say 15-16 inches now its growing alot slower than it used 2 i guess its using energy to fill out the buds. Thanx for taking the time to estimate a possible yield, I told myself id be happy with half an ounce so im hoping all goes well.

Plants B and C where started a week earlier than i originally posted (i messed up).
Plant C has already grown little tiny pollen sacs, hes gone
Plant D stretched waaay too much so, its gone as well.
My grow now consist of only Plants A, and B.
If plant B turns out female my grow will stay as is, if male, i will plant new ones.

Anyone have any experience growing in dixie cups? Im planning on keeping the plants growing in dixie cups there for their entire life juss for the fukk of it, but is it worth it? Can i at least expect a joint out of it?

you need to read a thread about cloning and start taking them now from plan a. i can tell you how i did and you can try yourself. Since it seems your going low budget you need to find things around the house to do this. get a dixe cup, fill it with soil about a 1/4 of the way. Youll put your clone in that make sure the soil is moist. once your clone is in, depending on if it sticks out over the cup i would put platic rap over it, or find a jar big enough to set over the cup. Your mission is to keep humidity in which helps the clone take in water and root. Spray the clones leaves with water 3 times a day.

To take the clones, works well for me is i use scissors to cut one of the shoots off, the lower ones that wont amount to much anyways, and cut it off as close to the main stem as possible and immediately put the cut end into a shot glass of water. i then move it to a bigger glass of water where i can fit my scissors and make another cut, leaving about 1 1/2- 2inches of the top, under water. I'll repeat, I make the second cut under water. once its cut, dip in into rooting powder, gel what ever and plant into your dixie cup. You can get rooting powder from wlamart for like 6 bucks. i think its called root-x and it works fine for me. then you'll always know you got females

Im interested in doing so but my plant doesn't really have any good shoots i can cut it kinda grew straight up without any real branches. it woudnt matter if its alreadt nugging?

I now have 3 cfls for my two plants which equal out to about 85watts. Today i kinda squeezed the top little nug on my plant and when i smelled my fingers it smelled so damn fruity like some good stuff i got the other day exactly like it. When i first bought my plant the guy said it might be grapefruit but he wasn't sure but now i wanna believe it is, so plant A is going to be called Grapefruit now. As for plant B it hasn't shown much growth yet but maybe with the other light i added it will be alright. The seed that is now plant B was a bagseed from some shwagish chronic from northen cali, ima just call it chronic. Here are some pics for u guys.

Hello - You should go to lowes they have a 65w 300w equiv cfl for about 18 dollars... puts out 3900 lumens!

Those are alot lumens i need. Im broke at the moment and i dont work until another 2 weeks but i will definitely check out the lights theres a lowes not to far from me.

hell yeah bro, some nice looking plant there. i see ya got some party cups, you should check smellytrees 12/12 party cup grow, heres the link. im thinking about startin a couple, but i got my hands full with the pink girls almost done and the little ones just started, LoL.

looks pretty good...she has a while to go man how long has it been flowerin? also if u could add some more cfls to it and a fan u will b golden!

shes about a month i believe. i had the dates writin down but i lost the sticky note. i have cfls i just need light fixtures "/ and i am saving up for a fan

she dtill has to go a few weeks to month...use this time to get urself a magnifying glass...and around 40days start checkin the trichs and depending on the high u like harverst when ripe

Heres a quick update on my grow.
NOTE: Remember i am using only 3 cfls and using no nutes. A very cheap grow.

BAGSEED
I now have a 3rd plant here it is at one day old since i placed the germinated seed in the soil. its a bagseed completely unknow genetics which is kind of exciting if you ask me. I had no soil left so i had to get some from an outside plant, since its only a bagseed i decided to try something new. I got fish food pellets crushed them and mixed them into the soil, if it lives i will add more of it and see if anything actually happens. A bit silly but i like to learn first hand.

CHRONIC
I decided that the lower paper cup was not draining well so i transplanted it into a dixie cup. still hasnt shown sex its been on 12/12 from seed its 4 weeks old, its long lost twin that i was growing at the same time grew pollen sacs in two weeks! so im pretty sure this one is a female. Its about 6 inches, the same size my grapefruit was when i barely got it I fuked up i got high and FORGOT that chronic doesnt like being topped and i topped it. fml. i hope its alright. Heres some pics



GRAPEFRUIT (MY BABY)
Suffered some harsh bending. Heres the story, a couple days ago some guys came to my place to take some measurements because my place is going up for sale. They showed up unexpected and proceeded to do their job. As quick as i could i hid my plants by putting a laundry basket over them then covering them with clothes. The basket was a bit too small for the grapefruit and wen i lifted it up the plant was in a 90 degree angle. damn, it seems ok now tho.
About a month in flowering like i said i lost my damn sticky note so im not sure. Buds are filling up slowly heres some pics of the cola, the upper buds, the lower buds and others.
