First Grow with Hydro + Coco (:

Hey, so this is my second grow, first grow with a Hydro setup 600W light and Cana Coco + Cana Nutes (:
Hopefully will be better than my first grow with some soil and a 60W light (Stupid I know, but just a test.) :P
Anyway, I have 7 seeds planted -
Low Girl - Advanced: Planted 14.09.10
Low Ryder - Joint Doctor: Planted 14.09.10
Fast Bud - Sweet: Planted 12.09.10
Green-o-matic - Greenhouse: Planted 12.09.10
Short Rider - Nirvana: Planted 12.09.10
Blue Mysic - Nirvana: Planted 12.09.10
Bubbleicious - Nirvana: Planted 12.09.10

Note: These are all Autoflowering seeds :P :joint: :joint:

ANY AND ALL HELP WELCOME :D

I'll hopefully post some pictures in the next few days
 
just remember growing in general is tricky when you start so dont freak out and lose hope if all isnt going as planed.
 
just remeber to feed a few times a day and have alot of oxygen in your rez, are u using all the canna additivies. ive done a few coco grows so im subd for this one
 
That 600w light is going to blow your plants up! Remember auto flower does not mean low rider so make sure you have the room for some full size plants.

Yeah thanks dude, had a lot of trouble with my first plant but hopefully I have learned my mistakes and this will run smoother (:

I gots Cana Coco A & B. Also Cana PK 13/14 for flowering period and a small 1/2 oz bottle of Super Thrive (:

sounds good, next grow u should deff add zyme and rizo, or atleast rizo, its alittle expensive but u can folair feed it to make it last for ever.

when r we gonna see pics of your setup???

Okay I'll try that next time thanks (: And hopefully pictures will be up later today if I manage to find my camera charger :P
 
Update: All seeds germinated apart from Fast Bud, tried prying it open a bit with a craft knife that was suggested on a thread and cut in too far ): Planted a new Short Rider - Nirvana 15.09.10

NEVER NEVER EVER EVER NEVER EVER pride a seed shell open with force. Leave it to nature..... it it doesn't crack open itself it prob aint worth growing.. (it's a runt/slow grower)
 
Fimming is like topping but alittle lesss stess u pinch out the part of the leaf at the top, M Blaze has a great thread on how to do it, u will yield more if your lights are above your plants. 2ltr pots that sucks im all for big pots big root system. i grow in 110 litre pots...lol if maybe an over kill but atleast go 10 litres

Oh awesome, I will have a look at that thread! and yeah 2 ltr sucks but I had a snoop around in my garden and found 2 two 10ltr pots. So I now have four 6ltr and two 10ltr :P
 
Update: Dad found my cupboard on friday and tried to have a sneaky look around, knocking off all the lables for my plants :@
3 of the seeds haven't seemed to grow at all and 3 have shot up,
I now have:
Low Girl - Advanced: Planted 14.09.10
Low Ryder - Joint Doctor: Planted 14.09.10
Unknown: Planted 12.09.10
Unknown: Planted 12.09.10
Low Ryder Mix: Planted 16.09.10
Low Ryder Mix: Planted 16.09.10

Low Ryder Mix could be either: Low Ryder Original, Lowryder #2, Diesel Ryder or Purple Ryder (:

thats great, now that u have less plants the Fimming will deff benifit caz the extra colars will fill the space up nicely,So IMO you will not yiled any less with few plants maybe just ave to veg alittle longer.

That's really helpful, although I don't think I can keep them in veg longer since they are all Auto's. I will try two or three of them and see how it goes (:
