First of all, turn off your CAPS - your post is really hard to read like that...

...then mosey on over to Widow Makers excellent thread and read through the whole thing: https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/937-how-grow-marijuana.html
...that will give you a good start. But specifically for Blueberry, a good tip is that this strain is notoriously picky with the amounts of nutrients you feed it - it doesn't take much to overfeed it, so be sure to start out at about 25% of the recommended nutrient measurements. Good Luck!

220 pound. so are you an experienced grower?
I have been growing for 6 years, been researching the complete history of cannabis for 8...I haven't grown in 2 months though, due to moving and not having any room to grow...That sounds like a pretty good deal BTW! Great find!

use the blue spectrum (6000k-6700k) these are ideal for vegetative growth...

That depends on how long you plan on vegging them for, but a good rule of thumb is 5000-8000 lumens of light per plant, and cfl's emit about 70 lumens/watt, so that equals at least 71 watts per plant, this should suffice for 4-6 weeks...

I don't think they make 70 watt bulbs, but one 42 watt and one 23 watt each, should do just fine...you mentoined something about a 150 watt cfl, do you have that already?
