Hey grandfather sorry to hear of your bad luck.

It certainly is possible to create good indoor weed but as you pointed out mother nature usually does a better job than we can.

In my country its never hot enough to grow great outdoor plants really and to get the best result here outdoor plants usually require covering up with bags or sheets to achieve a proper 12/12 cycle so it aint an option for me.
Anyway hope your plants all pull through ok and dont give up the indoor grows yet they can be very rewarding.:blsmoke:

Mucho Gracias, Natmoon. I have to admit that I gave the thought of extended power outage some consideration but, stoner that I am, put it off 'til another day.

Some of the initial bad stuff have sorted themselves out _ like the mold appearing on the outside of the clone cups (a good dose of real sunlight killed it off).

Take hope ! Global warming is upon us and maybe it will allow you to do an outdoor grow and get to compare your efforts. 8)

Come on over and visit....we'll tour the Emerald Triangle :hump:

Today I took Anna out of the Box of Budz and turned her upside down in the dark room.

Two other girls left, one DP and one California Big Bud. DP is not looking good. California Big Bud looks better than DP but not kewl.

So, it is just a matter of time, I'm hoping for another week before I have to drill the last two.

I've hung the plant to dry in the HVAC room. Now, everytime the heater turns on, there is a delicious smell throughout the house.

I'm diggin it :)

This is the last post for this journal.

It is kind of fitting - 3 months ago, I decided to 'do sumthin' over the winter, to revisit some old techniques and maybe find some new ones.

Sure was a trip!

In any case, what old man winter didn't screw up is in the 'curing room'. We smoked some of it yesterday and decided 'it works' :) Tasted kinda dank but a bit of time and some glass will 'cure' that (pun intended).

So, thanks to everyone who came by and just read the rambling of a mad man. Thanks further to the peeps who participated in my folly - it sure was fun, wasn't it?

Hopefully we all learned something and took something away which will help us in the future, if not now.:hump:

Peace:peace:
