Starting another cycle, and thought I'd do another journal.

This cycle I'm going with 2 Lemon Skunk and 2 Big Bud plants that I know are female. I've also got one White Rhine and one Alaskan Ice that were fem'd seeds but will be watching to see if they're hermi'd.

They spent a week under 1000w MH after about 2 months under flouro. When I switched them to flower I swapped the bulb our for HPS.

The room is set for 60% humidity, 86 degrees, and 1500ppm for C02. For nutes, during veg they got the standard 3 part GH. Room size is 4'x5'.

First day of flower.

They're now on 12/12 (picture is after one full day) and they're getting half the recommended feeding of FloraNova, Floralicious, and Liquid KoolBloom.

Here are some links to pictures of the cycle that just finished. There was close to a pound last time (still jarring so I dont have a final weight yet).

Taken this morning, this is Day 3 of flower. I'll be topping a few of them in the next few days, I need to make sure they all reach the top of the tomato cages at the same time to make sure my canopy is completely even.

I'l be installing a light mover in the next week or so, I think even though the room is small, it will help.

Last night I snapped one before the lights went out.

Not too bad considering they're only 4 days into flowering.

The white rhino and alaskan ice don't seem to be as aggressive growers as the big bud and lemon skunk. I'll have to get them on a brick of some sort to make sure their canopy is even.

I did a little rearranging to make sure the plants get even light. The Alaskan Ice and White Rhino are shorter then the Lemon Skunk and Big Bud so next feeding I may prop then up on some bricks so the canopy is level.

The white rhino is a slow grower. Look up Blackroses White Rhino grow. I think he flowers them 11 weeks.

A lbs from that? Duck tales.
its true. I veg 2 weeks under 1000w MH, then switch to HPS for 8 weeks. That strain was Sensi's Big Bud. C02 was kept between 1500-1750 (I kept adjusting to see if it would have an effect, no conclusion). The room is about 5' long by 4' deep. The plants grow to about 5' tall and I use tomato cages to train them. Take a look at the gallery, it has pictures of every week.

I added a XXXL Ocho hood to the next cycle and used 6 Lemon Skunk, and got 22 oz. Here's the final picture from that grow:

I don't know what you pull in, but 1000w w/ c02 should get you about a P every time.

I thought I'd update the thread on my new progress. I've got a cycle going now, but next cycle will move to a bigger room. Having a custom built shed for the new op. 12' by 12' (just under requirements for permit).

Heres the foundation:

Then 2 days later the walls went up:

Yesterday the outer shell was complete:

The shed gets power run next weekend (electrician couldnt get it done today or during the week next week so next saturday is it). After the power gets run, I'll post of pictures of the internal layout. The flower room is going to be 12' x 4'. There will be a separate area for mothers and clones (small shelves basically) and a work bench and storage space. A/C to cool the room, c02 pumped in at the 6' mark, and 2 1000w lights.

Lemon skunk is agressive vertical grower I am sure you noticed - you might conisder to do some training before it gets to big, I have had it get out of hand letting it go natrually I have a 7ft one right now indoors..very good strain however..strong plant can take some rough conditions and lots of food

I train around tomato cages. I agree it can get big, but once it reaches a certain height i pinch the stems, so it seems to slow the height down. The tomato cages really help create bushes.

Frenetic, check out the twitter feed in my sig. I post to that regularly. The grow that I started this thread on has long been finished. I'm in a new and improved grow area now on my first grow under 2 lights.

Here's a few shots of the current room:

back row is all Super Lemon Haze, front row is (left to right) Lemon Skunk, Big Bud, and Alaskan Ice.

back row is King Kush, front row 1st 2 are White Rhino, last on front row is another King Kush.

Babies getting ready for next cycle.

The next cycle I'll be adding in:
Green Crack, Blue Crack, Grand Daddy Purple, and possibly some Purple Kush (need to pick it up still).

I'll probably keep at least one of each flavor from the current grow too. I like to keep a wide array of flavors. I just ordered some Cannatonic, NYPD, and OG #18, so I should have a nice wide range next year.
