Nice job with the pics kloak. The main thing I see is that you have to prop them up for support. IMO those plants are to big to be using tube florescent bulbs. The light can not travel well enough and you end up with skinny stems. Once you can change to CFL's you should see that go away. If you can put some CFL's on the side of the plants that would help also and keep the lights as close as possible.Other than that the foliage looks really nice and green.

Thanks! yeah I'm buying CFL's as soon as possible, I'm going to go with like 16 in sets of 4 , the best i can find, i'll keep the flourescents for side lighting or something, the more the better i guess. I'm in the process of trying to build a new grow room that will support 50 plants, and grabbing some good seeds, and maybe even HID lighting, I figure I Got till dec with these babies, by then I can piece all the money together for HID and enough CFL's for my 50 plant setup. then the perilous task of experimenting with hydro/areophonics to get the best I Can possibly get. I also hear cloning is not fun. One question , I had my plants closer to the CFL's at some point and I noticed curling on my leaves, They were in a unventilated closet at the time, But is there any chance that might happen again with my current cooling setup? The intake blows air pretty much right over the plants

That leaf curling I would guess was from heat stress. Bulbs close with no venting can do that. I would think it would be ok the way you have it now. I did some hydro/aero but was having problems with heat and switched back to dirt for now. May do some more on the next run. I would suggest not trying to get to big to fast. Take it easy and get your nute program dialed in. What do you mean cloning is no fun? It's all kinds of fun. I've tried a few way's and have settled on one method. With it I have had 100% success rate. That's probable the part that makes it fun. What kind of hydro/aero do you want to try?

I've got no idea, but ideally i'd like to exclusively grow using those methods, i know soil does not produce as potent or as quickly as those methods, i was thinking simple NFT. But I have not researched it much, I like to be 100% sure somethings gonna work before I start, I'm kinda a perfectionist, but i'm also on a budget so i have to rely on stuff i can make easily out of junk.

I also read a disturbing post regarding height of plants and lighting, I may have to sadly grow using "Sea of green" simply because I don't want tall plants with only buds on the top, I was planning to flower at around 24 inches per plant, But unless I figure out some nice side lighting (which may be possible using my old tube flourescents) Since im switching to 16 CFL's rigged into Y connectors. I think I'll need more like 32 for my new vegging setup and maybe another 40 inch double tube bar for the side.
