"Chem Dog 91"

So these are seeds from the buds of the well Known Chem Dog 91. I don't know why theres a 91, but it is different from the others.
This was a hydro grown plant so the buds were light n' fluffy, but very strong in smell and taste.
It was a very great smoke to relax to and be really motivated because it causes you to be creative. I felt great after words and upto a beautiful day.
I was glad to get some seeds from this bomb bud. They were small, half pale and nearly dark in color but I beleived in them and kept it safe till I was ready to germinate them.
I picked two out of the four and they both opened up to a new beginning.
Now here they are..growing in some MG Organic soil. When funds come through they will Be transplanted into the Ocean forest mix from Fox Farm. And fertilized with Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, and Big Bloom.
I want to keep my plants low to about two gallons a pot and two feet high. I'll be using CFL's for the veg stage and a 150 watt HPS with two shoplights with warm specs to flower.
So far I have 2-105 watt 5000k cfl and 4-27watt 5500k cfl. 1-150 Hps, 4-40watt tubes and 2-42 watt cfls in warm.

Any expert advice is appreciated!!

Sprouted Wednesday ealry morning after midnight. The second one, which I dont have, sprouted Wednesday nite. I gave one to a dear friend who is a novice at this. Im confident this one I have will bloom me a female. Males are 1 out of six for me! Its the care and nurture that gets you a female. Maybe...lol. So far I changed the pot so the roots could get bigger in this pot for awhile, and when its root bound, i'll switch to the bigger pot which I will flower in. I want to harvest every three months so im growing short, but bushy. Well, check out my pics and let me know what you guys think.

Isnt Chem Dog 91' Essentially OG Kush? If I had some of them I would treat them like queens!

I dont really know. Just what the guy told me from the buds i got from him. I found four seeds and so far two are growing. I dont know the history behind chem dog 91 but if you or anybody knows, then let me know. Thanks......

I have no clue mane most of the great kush strains are clone only and I don't live near Cali

Yea i heard that. You can only get the original OG Kush strain by clone-only.

Nice bro, i just got a chemdawg hybrid and they germed super quick. IM sure your gonna have mad good buds, those looks healthy and fast. Keep updating bro good work.

When should I Transplant and start using Foxfarm Grow big? Can I satrt using nutes while in this small pot?

Looking great, I like the fat leaves. I would t'plant them soon and lay off the nutes for another week or so. They look fine. Make sure your PH is 6.5 cuz you got some retard looking spots

Yea I forgot about the ph for this one..lol. Im busy with my other girl trying to be careful. I havent used any nutes and the soil consist of perlite, peat moss, and some organic soil. Im get to the ph'ing rite now. This one looks great. Its my biggest so far, for a baby.

correct me if i am wrong here, but the 91 in chemdog 91 comes from

greatful dead tour 91

as far i know this strain was found on dead tour back in 91.

Well sorta... Story goes that chemdawg bought an O at the tour and really liked it. He had those guys send him 2 more oz and found 13 seeds in.. Popped 4 seeds at first, 1 male 3 females. The 91 we have now was the keeper pheno from those and the 91' was given to it to specify its the cut originally germed in 91.

Thanks for your facts guys. I dont know anything about chem dog. I heard its an indica, mostly OG Kush.

15 days vegging. Hows it looking? I think im going to re-pot it today because it's outgrowing its pot and the main stem isn't that thick because my roots need to expand. It smells nice and looks good to me. Should I start using FF Grow Big? Im starting to use the Lst method now. Bending over my main stem. So hows my update?
