Looks like you have a lot of wood chips in there, try to get rid ofthose because they restrict root growth witch can stress out your plant. Once she grows anotther month she may outgrow that box, consider training her so you dont need to make a new box...Keep growing

Looking good, next time you transplant it, put it in its final pot. or a bigger pot that it will stayin for a wile. Are you giving her nutrients???

idk, nutrients are plant food. I dont think they get rid or stress, but they can make your plant healthier so it isnt getting stressed.
