6 More!!! (Jack the Ripper, Afgani #1, Blue Dream)

I need to get my temperature down 7-10 degrees.

my room is 20" x 35" x 60". Right now I have (3) 4" computer fans intake and outtake. (3) small small fans for circulation. the space is to small for an ac unit, unless u know one i can get some kind of miniature one.

My humidity is also at 70% right now. I need to get it down to 50-55%. Any ideas?

Your plants look stretched and lanky but other then that they look pretty good how much u expecting too yield from each plant?

im expecting around an oz from the 3 biggest, and less for the smaller plants.

the only plants that kind of look stretched are the blue dreams. they are stretched cuz they are younger, so they were reaching for the light. also the blue dream grows sparse and lanky compared to many other strains.

By the way, I must have been super stoned when i posted last week because those pictures are not of day 30 flowering. They were of day 23. So you can ignore my comment about the flowers looking small for day 30 lol. They still look a little small, but they are blooming really nice, especially the blue dreams. the trichome production is ridiculous in comparison to the strains.

Oh and one other error on my first post of this journal. I have come to the determination that the Afgani #1.3 plant is not an Afgani strain it is some type of kush strain. It is growing very very similar to my previous bubba kush's.

I'm interested in seeing the blue dream. Is this like a cali clone only or something? I have never seen anyone selling these genetics, though from what I've read in jason king's books this is a strain I really want to check out. Keep up the good work, lets see more pics

hmm the blue dreams do look stretchtd but not to bad.... did u give nutes during veg???

I don't know if the blue dream is only a cali strain. it's definitely a small yeilder tho. But i think out of all them, the blue dream is going to be the strongest!

all the plants got nutrients during the vegetative phase as well as the flowering phase. The smaller blue dream definitely had some root s trauma because it completely stopped growing (in height) a few weeks ago. The buds still look good tho.

With one 400watt HPS light you would have 20x biger buds!!! and electro cost are only 7€/month

From my experience I have to disagree with u. I grew some headbanger (check out my headbanger grow journal) with a 250 watt hps and they came out okay. The hps created so much heat in my grow room (which is a small space 20" x 35") that the light had to be far from the plants which really stretched the buds. I didn't get the yeild I i was hoping for. The cost of electricty for my hps was much higher than the 4 cfl's i am usong now.

I also dont have enough room to grow buds 20x bigger lol. On a bigger setup, like a full room, i would agree that hps would be the way to go in comination with cfl's.

I have found the quality of the buds to beuch higher when growing strictly with cfl... The smell, taste, density and look is just better!

Cfl's (blue light) during flowering creates high trichome production in conparison to hps. The bud may yeild a little less but the shit will be so dank!

Anyone else have anything to say about this topic?

Thanks for the comment bro. I checked out ur grow too, u plants look good. I always wanted to buy one of those vegetable table top grow things and try growing pot in em. Ur growing 6 in there right? How tall r they when they finish and how much do yield from them?

Check back in Monday night, i will have a new update. The plants all all lolking gorgeous right now. This is my favorote time watching the buds grow into eachother and get bigger and bigger by the day! When u walk in the door and u can tell just by the smell they've gotten bigger. Puts a smile on my face evrytime!

as of right now i got 2 in aerogarden ,3 in 30oz cups,1 big female in soil with wire over it in 5gal bucket ,3 minigirls buding,and 1 more in a small pot!!!!! but my 1st indoor grow with just usin aerogarden i grew sum dank check it out this is link to 1st aerogarden grow with harvest pics and all that https://www.rollitup.org/aerogardeners/170475-aerogarden.html

So I just went back and compared last weeks pictures with this week and I couldn't tell much of a difference. Maybe it's because I missed my watering?

Anyway, I'm still happy with them! When you pinch the top flowers and smell your fingers each strain has it's own distinct smell and each are very very stinky! This shit is gonna stink my whole place up in a few weeks!

they look nice,is any way you can get the blue dream some more light like another 55 watter,its such a nice plant that it would be sad to not get it to its potential.

yea buds look good, next time trim all the lower stuff off only leave a foot of bud up top everything below should be trimmed out. It will focus the horomines and auxins to the growth tips thus giving you bigger buds. All the lower stuff is good for cloning. The term is lollipoped or pistil whipped.

Feed more looks like they could use more food. In the future try to flower earlier, what size pots are those? 4" pvc cut to a foot length? peace and grow on man.

When u say cut off the excess stuff at bottom, would i do that at the beginning of the flowering phase? I thought about doing that but heard thar cutting anything would stunt the growth.

I'll def look up the term lollipoped and pistol whipped.

And when u say feed more to u mean more nutirents or water more often?

The pots r 6" PVC cut to 1'. It has a drainage grate at the bottom which helps the water drain. The water drains into a tub like resivuor, so when the soil dry's it just sucks water up from the resivuor.

And why do u say to flower earlier?
