First Grow, UnknoWn Strain

yo whats up everyone, this is my first grow ever.
Im growin some bagseeds i got for free. I germinated them and after 2 days they all sprouted. I then grew them in my closet under a 14 watt CFL for a week and then moved them outside. The spot i moved them gets about 13 hours of sunlight, is this enough?

im not using the CFL'S anymore, i only used them for a week, they are outside now. but thanks for the feedback

my one plant has two sets of single blade leaves and is starting to get its 3 blade leaves , is this normal ?¿?

does anyone know ?

alright im gonna switch them to 12/12 in about a week, does anybody know how tall they will get or how long it will take to flower? any help would be appreciated
