So I've been debating whether to show my grow on here or not but since it's pretty much my first grow i figured i would. I'm gonna try and update at least every 2-3 days but we'll see. the seeds came in a greenhouse sativa feminized 5 pack. out of the 5, only arjans haze #1 and strawberry haze are alive due to way too much rain and flooding. i got 5 thai skunk as freebies and 2 of those are still alive doin well. they are all in fox farm ocean forest in small party cups. once they get too big ima transplant the arjans and strawberry to 10 gallon pots full of ocean forest. thai's are goin in holes in the ground with ocean forest. i'm pretty much playin everything else by ear so who knows what could happen. its been rainin like a bitch every damn day so thats why they look so wet
the pics are a couple days past 2 weeks. top to bottom its strawberry, arjan, and the 2 thai's.

i am so pissed right now. a fucking raccoon tore up the strawberry kush (definitly not a haze). what makes me so angry is it just dug down into the cup not even having the common courtesy to eat the plant it destroyed. i buried it back into the soil and gave it a lil water because it was very green and looked the same as 2 days ago. hopefully itll take root.. if anyone has had any problems like this with the plant surviving PLEASE let me know. other than that, arjans and the thai skunks are doin incredible. they're stems are gettin nice and sturdy from the wind and the rain and except from a few small bites out of the thai's, the foliage is lookin great.

so heres an update of the arjans haze. from what it looks like the strawberrys gonna survive cause its still very green and its been a few days since it got torn up. the thai skunks are doin great they got 5 finger leaves now. the pics are of the arjans haze. not sure how soon i need to transplant before i stunt it.. any help would be much appreciated.

sorry bout the long time after the last update but its well worth it. the strawberry haze got eaten a while ago but a thai skunk and the arjans haze are doin great for a beginner like me lol.

So this is the arjan's haze. it got bent over when i took the zip ties off and i tried taping it up with scotch tape which worked a lil while but everything above the tape was gettin super droopy so i just ended up toppin it and movin it to a bigger pot. its about a foot and a few inches tall in case you cant tell. im amazed by how hardy these plants are. the tops recovered better than i ever wouldve thought.

now heres the thai skunk. i got my fingers crossed that its a female cause it was a pain in the ass diggin the hole and movin good dirt from another area with a broken wheelbarrow. its hard to tell size in the pics cause of the high grass but its around 3 feet. its kinda yellowin at the bottom leaves so any help with that would be cool.

yeah will do. if its a male i think i might cry. once the arjans haze grows some more im movin it to the ground with the rest of my ocean forest and ima cop some fox farm big bloom for flowerin season.

i was gonna update but the ladies show very little growth so ima just wait a lil longer. the hole i got the thai in was superrrr flooded the other day but it drained in a couple hours after the storm so its all good. not much interest in this grow huh

not much to say about the arjans haze.. doin real good. once she starts flowerin im coppin some fox farm big bloom and i think itd be a good idea to put her in the ground soon. she has grown alot since last update.

sorry bout the backdrop on this one

and now for the thai skunk. shes lookin real damn yellow and my best guess is that the pH is off so she gettin nutrient lockout. ima snag some opinions on her before i try to fix it

so its been 8 days since the last update. arjans haze surprises me everytime i walk out there. the very bottom leaves are a lil yellow but i added some nutes so she should be fine. i need to transplant her real soon also cause some roots are comin out the bottom of the pot. its hard to see in the pics but i got a stick and split it on both ends and wedged it in between the 2 main stalks to get more light down at the bottom and middle. if anyone thinks this is a bad idea lemme know cause i just kinda made it up on the spot lol i figured itd be a smart thing to do. you can tell by my foot how much bigger shes gettin.

now for the thai skunk. ITS A GIRL! this news makes me extremely happy. she looks a lot healthier too since i started added nutes. shes now up to my chest so shits lookin real good. finally got what i think is called internode branching on her but im probably wrong. now for the pics. in the second and thrid pics the angle is weird but the first is true.

I'm glad to see how well it all went for you. I'm in South Florida and just about to start my first grow. What kind of soil did you use when you first planted the seeds? Did you leave the seeds outside to get sun when they were in the cups?

it really didnt go as great as i hoped. i had 10 seedlings and ended up wit 2 plants lol. im happy with what i got though. you're startin a lil late but im sure you know that. i used fox farm ocean forest and it worked great for me, no deficiensies whatsoever and they seemed to grow quicker than any other soil ive used. fox farm is also good cause cause you really can be perfectly fine without buying any nutes until flowering starts. i put the seeds straight to the wet soil in cups in good cover from rain and hot florida sun and checked em for sprouting as much as possible. once they sprouted i put em right in direct sun. the most important thing i learned is that until they're a good 4 or 5 weeks old you gotta be careful wit rain. poke holes in the bottom of the cups i lost a few from flooding in the cups. the rest i lost to raccoons. good luck man
