New Mama and she's FROSTY!

So last week I went to a NORML meeting and was given a spectacularly beautiful clone in a 4 inch rockwool cube that was entirely full of roots. Not having any space in my AG for that bulk I decided to go soil for this girl.

I had a spare regular AG hood so I put her under it in a 2 gallon (approx) tub full of "filthy rich" soil. She was just starting to flower but I want her as an eventual :leaf:Mother Ship:leaf: so I put her on 24hr lights and she's back to veg as far as I can tell, leaves pointing up, new growth starting.

Now here's the thing.. I have NO IDEA how to grow in soil, I'm just barely learning hydro with my other Mother. I want to do the best for this girl but it's ghetto fabulous all the way with almost NO budget.

I have no idea how much to water. Every time the top layer of soil is dry, I use a spray bottle and keep it moist.

If anyone has ANY suggestions I'm happy to hear them!! I'm thinking maybe CFL's to supplement the AG light?

Discuss amongst yourselves. I'll be right here bongsmilie :bigjoint:

Yes on lights and water till it drips out bottom and don't water again till about 7 to 10 days to avoid major problems. I learned the hard way.

Thanks! I started a little notebook to keep track of what I do with each plant.

Any ideas on strain? I've never seen a plant where the leaves get frosty from the tips in like this..

Thanks:leaf:
Now that she's fully vegging, I'm tying her down this weekend so I can start my little sea of green. More like a pond of green, but still cool. I have minimal space to work in, so the goal is to maximize the tips by goin horizontal rather than vertical. I'll post pics as soon as I have it all tied down.
