maybe you guys should do your reseach on a strain before asking Questions. the info is out there you just have to find it. There is Two main phenos of CHERNOBYL the other ones dont matter, only the two main ones FYI
keep your two cent's to yourself if it's not helpfull.

Thank you guys for all the amazing pics and info! Our Chernobyl is going into the flush stage and we are taking pics tonight. Should have updates soon!

KushDog- We are not too concerned with "two main phenos of CHERNOBYL the other ones dont matter, only the two main ones FYI". We are just growers, not trying to impress anyone, just trying to find the best plant on the planet. We like the strain, we have done our research, and were simply asking others to show us the phenotypes they have come across so that we could see variety and compare ours as they start to mature. When a community like this exists, where valuable info for growers is flowing so freely, why not ask and share? Maybe you're just approaching things the wrong way. But for now, if you don't think we are worthy of growing (to say anything like that makes you unworthy of our time), or if you don't like the questions we are asking, just don't respond. Act more like a grower and remember your compassion.

Which pheno is that? Looks amazing......I hope any of mine look remotely that good. I just transplanted the from seed plants 3-4 days ago and waiting for them to fill out their 5 gallon smarty's and veg some more before I flip them but its getting harder and harder to hold out but I'm thinking another 2 weeks at least..... Clones of all are rooted and vegging. Finally I'm in some kind of shape to get a 1 month harvest cycle started.

I have one short and squat, one that started growing 2 inches a day 1 day after I transplanted her and one thats in between those as far as height, 2 suspected males and one more that I cant figure out yet but I'm thinking its a male, I planted 6, 50/50 is more than good ratio for me. All I need to figure out now is which one to keep.

Chernobyl is some bomb shit

Would that be the pheno you recommended before? That shit looks amazing, I'm to the point now I go down and watch them grow because theres really nothing I can do until they veg some more. Its making me insane but its driving me to do constructive shit, finally upped my ductwork to 8" last night, I'm in there with my little bucket vac every time a leaf falls to the ground like the zohan in the salon, LOL.....

I'm pumped about this strain, I've already gotten a little taste of it and I'm excited to get it in my flowering tent again, I'm honestly not sure what pheno it was that I got last time but it was good thats for sure. It didnt have the lime smell or any smell at all, all the way to the end. It has a light odor even after a decent cure but its so light I cant define it, I sit there with my nose in the jar and can not place it. But I like smoking it thats for damn sure.

BDUB, those are looking awesome as well. Its awesome that everyone keeps posting pics of their shit that all just looks amazing while I have at least 3 fems on my hands and not knowing what they are yet is almost like I'm a kid waiting for my birthday or xmas present or something, I swear thats how this shit feels, LOL. I know my first crack at it was the best smoke out of it and 3 other strains I grew or at least I liked it best as did the people that I was giving it to because they all keep asking for it, but its gone for now, or at least almost gone...lol.

keep posting the pics though, I'm living vicariously through them for now....

chernobyl is one of my all time favorites for sure.. and yes that is in my opinion the best phenotype. i lost my cut unfortunately but have more beans on the way.

I want to say congrats on your beautiful chernobyls. im jealous and hope my seeds display a similar pheno.

i just cracked 5 chernobyl beans. im stoked for it. i run "Motavation" from Magus Gen. for my indica dom variety. cant say enough about finding the right pheno on the motavation but it is the strongest indica ive seen locally. I run pineapple express for my hybrid production strain. it finishes in 50 days at around 500g/m2. and for my sativa dominant strain i want this chernobyl to turn out. it has to beat an extraordinary Super Lemon Haze phenotype i have that has a mutant genetic defect that actually makes it finish in 52 days instead of the normal 12 weeks. its incredible smoke legendary around here in my local grow scene but it is a low low low yielder. and a major challenge in DWC because of its uncontrollable stretching. so i want to oust it. GO subcool!!! i have cracked querkle. agent orange, pandoras box, and now the chernobyl and all the seeds were incredibly fast germinators. (this indicates excellent seed stock.) Subcools seeds outperform most breeders.

Thanks. I think I have the same pheno as Batman Skunk I just have a higher temp in my room. Looks really similar structure and branchiness.

Good to hear your getting back on the train and ordering them bitches. How'd that pheno grow, Short, stout early thickness and buds in flowering. Seems like by 4 weeks they are already monsters. This is my current chernobyl I'm growing in my flower, veg and cloner. Got some in each stage. Last two were from my last harvest in december.

I have grown quite a few agent oranges and they were very hard to keep standing up. Very top heavy. Flower it early. Literally every branch on every plant out of 5-6 were bent over 4 weeks into flowering. Smoke was not worth it. Just being honest. I know it takes alot to introduce a strain into the mixture. Us caregivers commit 4 months and if the turnout doesnt pay off its wasted so I hope your able to make better with it. I flowered early even and then ended 5'6" tall and bent over. I have a method I would recommend to anybody that has spider mites or a plant that does not hold itself up. Hope you dont mind a recommendation all you guys. Its a good trick.

I take a bamboo shoot and then cut it on the top down the middle of the shoot. Normal pair of scissors works. Follow me now.....Take a string and tie it through the slit at the top of the bamboo shoot. Then with the string pull the buds into the bamboo shoot for support. Just keep unraveling and wrap through the bamboo shoot and then to the next bud. By doing this you will accomplish two things. Support all the buds to give them the support to fully mature with full light and since spider mites are competitive by nature they go to the highest point they can climb if you had that issue. You will see all the bugs hanging on the strings and bamboo shoots you can kill them there too. I found that extremely helpful because the mites wont even mess with the plants tops. That is as long as the bamboo is taller then the bud tops. Gives a nice easy support with one bamboo shoot and a bunch of twine.

ive got two phenos growing right now. one i think is a 50/50 mix or mabye jtr dominant, it smells like a lime slurpee just like subcools description, and has a rather jtr like growth structure, with nice plump buds covered in resin, it is also beggining to get really nice magenta/purple shading on the fan leaves as it is now within two weeks of harvest. the other phenotype i think is train wreck dominant, it is spindlier with thinner leaves, has smaller buds, but it smells very much like trainwreck and is covered in resin so im still excited for it.

i will get some pics up a little bit later but i need to find batteries for my camera first :bigjoint:

Sweet Jesus! Those plants look like they were set outside in the middle of a snow storm! Amazing resin production!!

I've been wanting to order some TGA gear for a while now, but a little more research is in order. There seems to be a lot of C99 in the lineage of subs various strains, and C99 is the only plant to ever make me paranoid. Hated it! So, I'm reading a lot of info/reviews before I dip my toe in the subcool-pool! :-)

I'll be checking back for a smoke report on those lovely ladies of yours. Nice work, Jessi James. Cheers!
