Agreed. We use foreign aid as bribes. if other countries don't do as we say we pull the money. The people who live in these countries have mentioned a lot of the money doesn't go for the intended cause. We don't have accountability for where money goes here why should we expect things to change once it leaves this country.
Exactly my point. Israel cant pay their bills either! So why not take the tax payer money that she has been paying for the last 50 years and "aid" her instead of mostly weapons money to Israel?
