ummm thats not y i give rep tho, i give rep for informative posts ;) just cuz it says i have to spread rep around before i can re rep somone for somthing informative is not going to get me banned and assuming so would be asanine just like the asanine rule of having to spread rep before giving rep to the same person again, it creates more rep spamming than it stops because now i have to rep more people before i can rep the guy who deserves it.
