The few years I lived in Honduras, they used to have these warm water lobsters that had no claws so basically just a tail, and they tasted a little sweeter and weren't as good as Maine lobster, but I would cut them into chunks, roll them in butter milk, coat them in a flour and paprika coating and fry them like fritters, then after pour clarified butter on them, and I would make an orange salsa for dipping. I bet those would be fantastic with cannabutter coating.

Have you ever tried the Philly pre-baked cream cheese filling? I usually keep one in the fridge, you just toss it into a graham cracker crust and BAM cheesecake. And it tastes baked. I prefer to make my own, I usually top it with a chocolate and raspberry fluffy topping, but when you're baked, 2 minute to make cheese cake is teh win.
