of course it is less of a charge in non med states, the point is 3 clowns have said dealers belong in jail..they don't.. you either agree or disagree.. if you agree then you are a hypocrite...no body should ever go to jail or prison for marijuana

I think there is no way in hell the feds will ever know that your selling unless your doing way to much..i know ALOT of dealers who got there cards so they dont get fuked over in court if they got caught up..and there still selling living life and not in jail..basically the only way to get fuked is growing way to much weed, stealing electricity, or selling to a narc.

what do you consider way too much? and why would anyone steal electricity? it sounds like it is 2 cents a kilowatt according to that douchebag who grows 90 dollar pounds

were im from people rent out houses or apartments just for illegal grows..minimum is about 500 plants and some grow as many as 2000..thats to much..and stealing electricity is also VERY common in cali, they do it for obvious reasons but i have no sympathy for those growers

well i am sure they would be happy to pay if the bill was not going to land them in prison, a 4 k a month bill = prison...nobody belongs in prison for growing/smoking/selling eating/whatever..it is a fucking joke that people go to prison for marijuana..i don't care if they had 20k plants..oxy's and valium are legal ..advil all kinds of drugs that can hook you and kill you and contaminate the water supply.
