For Patients who Still Need to Make an Doctor Appt

How much money was the card? And what were the requirments?
Migraines run in my family and I have a whole history of doctor visits but I started smoking weed about two years ago which enabled me to not go to the docts for it. I have one visit in the past two years for migraines lol. But I have prolly about 10 total in my life(I hate going to the doctors). I heard you needed 3 doctor visits in the past two years to show your illness is legitimate but not sure, is that true?

We at the Kind Tree just obtained a doctor that is appointment only tues-sat in the afternoon. It is $150 for the doctor visit. Feel free to PM us if you would like more information!

Is that 150$ including the $100 sent to the state for the application fee? So I'm paying 50 dollars for the doctor to fill out his little section of the app right? And I already have my caregiver chosen.
Can my regular family doctor sign this? I have a legitimate reason to get my card and have no reason to pay up the ass to get it.

Oops, I dont know why I am not allowed to receive PM......But to answer your question Thor, it is $150 to see the Doctor an then you have to send an additional $100 to the state. If you already have your caregiver chosen, he/she does not need to be present. Your family doctor is allowed to write you a recommendation if he/she wants to do so.

I paid $150 for the doc which is about the going rate I heard of some charging $200 and $25 for the state cuz I have disability. Doc said my renewal would be less but didn't say how much less does any one know the going rate?

I'm located in royal oak, I have room for 2 more patients all high quality meds, free samples when check gets cleared through the state! And free meds every 6 weeks! PM if your interested... I also have an excellent connection with hazel park compassion center, 150 certification.. 1 doctors note : anxiety, stress, any pain, nausia,sleeplessness, any sort of pain related issue. Hope this finds some of you well!

KindOfBlue, the Kind Tree in Oxford has a doctor by appointment only, so you don't have to wait in line. The visit is $150! Please feel free to give us a call for an appointment we are pretty wide open!

I am a new resident of MI and have been in 3 car accidents. One of these was in '06, one in '00, and one in '98. I was treated for all 3 but do not have documentation (the most recent place went out of business). However, I constantly have pain in the vertebrae of my neck, which frequently causes me severe headaches. I am wondering if there is a dr. in SE MI that anyone knows of that would be helpful for me in obtaining my med card. I do have my settlement records from the most recent accident but like I said no medical records. I have always self medicated and haven't seen a dr. for my condition. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

contact weeds247, he will guide you to a very nice certification center. i was there for a little over an hour, simply due to the fact that it was quite busy with patients when i arrived. $150, and i was in with the doctor for about 10 minutes. very nice guy...reviewed my medical documentation. they even get everything ready to mail so there are no mistakes, all i had to do was drop a check in and send it out!
