Yeah dude looks good. I'm actually a day or 2 away from testing out the super soil too, going out after this to try and find some 5-7 gallon pots actually. Oh yea how long did you veg. for before putting them in the supersoil btw? Mines been vegging for about 6 weeks in a 2 gallon pot with me using the LST technique, I took a half dozen clones off her so I wanted her to heal a bit before I put her in the super soil.

Honestly, I vegged in 16oz cups of light warrior until they had a nice root zone and transplanted straight to 5 gallon buckets of super soil. I probably vegged a total of 8 weeks. They had a slow veg do to the LA Con.

Looks great man, really green and lush. I'm gonna transpant mine tomorrow when it's a bit dryer and I can't wait to see the results. Did you just use 50% supersoil too?

I used 100% super soil. I know Sub says to use only part super soil because it's so hot but my lady's liked it. I did add a little more perlite and vermiculite to my mix.

Very Impressive!!
I know other people that use it pure bro but I can't have the masses frying there plants :)
I do not recommend this method to most people but your results speak for themselves for sure.
You make be proud to have posted this recipe in so many places its funny at a Q & A recently in San Fran people knew about my Super Soil and not that I also have genetics which is quite the compliment to me.

Thanks for being a believer.

:eyesmoke:The stoner I am, I didn't read your entire post on super soil(i.e. the part on using 50% super soil) before I transplanted. As you can see the plants stayed pretty green the whole time and I didn't get any fade goin on. My plants were pretty heavy feeders so thats probably why they took it so well. I actually plan on running it the way you suggest in my next run to see if I can use up some of those nutrients. None the less, with all the mediums, nutrients, and supplements I've used, none of them have ever given me the results I've gotten with your mix. I'm sure you could get bigger yeilds with hydro but it wouldn't be nearly as quality. My buds tasted so good, smoked great, and smelled amazing. This is what I felt weed was supposed to be like.

Yes, you might want to add some sugars but yes. Although your clones should have a nice root system before you transplant into super soil. You do all the work beforehand and your plants just take in the love.

Hey sub, I found your recipe a couple months ago when I was trying to figure out how to make my own organic soil mix and yours was just what I was looking for. I have my first "tester" plant goin in the soil now so we'll see how she does. She is kinda starting to yellow a bit more then usual but I think that's just cause she's been LSTed and I haven't been feeding her too much, but i'm not gonna feed her now.. I use a soil called Black Gold, don't think it has much nutes in it in the first place. I'll probably still just use a 50/50 mix to test it out tho.

But anyways, just wanted to chime in and say thanks for makin it so simple.. i'm sure it took you a long time to get it down.

If you want to see my slightly modified Supersoil grow click on my 2009 grow link. I really liked how it performed. I wish I could get a little more frostyness in my other strains. The TGA strains are ice princess' with all the frost they produce. I did Jack the Ripper in 09' and this year Im doing Vortex, Space Queen and Quirkle. I am using the same mix I did in 09 as I really liked how it was so easy. Thx Sub.

You don't fade a plant ;-). I was refering to the yellowing or changing of color of the leaves in late flower. My soil had more nutrients than my plant needed so it didn't use up all the nutrients stored in the plant. With the proper mix your plants will start using up the stored nutrients late in flower.

Thx for the inv SMH! These are my CONvict Kush. They are almost a month into flowering. I started in Light Warrior/ Pro Mix, in a 2qt pot, with a 1/2 inch Supa Soil on the bottom. They were then upcanned to 1 1/2 gallon pots, with just Supa Soil. Not 1 deff yet:) Awesome recipe Sub!!!
They truley love this soil. I wish more people would use it for their meds.
