LOL my hockey careers well over, although i dident make the big leagues, i made the minor league and played there for some good years, broke some records at 16 years old so im happy with that, thus why my job now is in the hockey community now!

I dont know if i could do that. i would go insane just staying home all the time? you should try and get a business started from home or something, to keep you occupied. :blsmoke:

I have 2 young children that I look after plus I am actually trying to get a business going, for me spending time with my family is more important to me than going out to earn a living. I've seen high fliers that get paid many thousands per annum but they work all the hours god sends just as I used to in property and as a driving instructor. Its finding the right balance between home life and what you get paid, i'm just yet to find it.

General Contractor, do about 4 projects a year. Travel to Panama, Thailand, Costa Rica, Europe for 3 months a year. BOOYAH. And I am only 28. But siince we are all being honest, I should too. Took over Dads company so have all repeat clientele,so not really my doing I just got lucky. I am good at what I do though. Taking acting classes because although I make more money than I deserve, I hate my job. I hate SUBCONTRACTORs, they are all the same .....LAZY

he he he he he ,,,,speak for yourself or who you know,,I am by far,,,a LAZY person,,at 40 years old,,subbin and doin my own for over 20 years,,you couldn't make me lazy with yur best chronic:hump:

not quite as cool as it seems. the scenery is quite nice though. 2am christmas eve the phone rings to take a train 12 hours away. and if you are rested you must take the call. you may spend a day in a half on the other side of the road in a hotel room waiting to come home to your family. you get home and have eight hours to eat, spend time with loved ones and household chores. many of us work straight through the night on 2 hours of sleep and being up like 2 days at a time. but railroading is very historic and cool at times. me being a stoner half my life kind of almost came to a halt because of federally mandated drug tests and breathalyzers. plus i get tested more due to a bad peepee test lol. not very often do i get to smoke. but i do enjoy learning about it and also cultivation has become my obsession. i reminisce about the good ol days alot.:cry:
