More BCSeeds bullshit!

We can be pretty sure the pictures ppl post are atleast cannabis.. Even indica or sativa or hybrid I suppose.. But claiming that was elephant bud, doesn't really make it fact.. Any idea who it was?? Were they a recently registered 'Stranger'?? Because really I'm surprised their con-artists haven't encroached on this thread yet..
100 to 125. for ten beans is the very most i pay but the strains look double better than thiers any way.

There is virtually no limit to what I'd pay for clones from a few plants I've smoked, but alas I never got the opportunity.. I don't think I'd even pay that for seeds considering the quality of a few select cheap sources I've observed or used myself.. I guess thats the beauty of being a skunk#1 fan to the grave.. Maybe not the most potent, but perfectly potent none the less, and so so tasty with such a convenient bud profile.. And utterly homozygous doesn't even describe the plants justly..
Granted I've been curious about Alaskan Ice, and a few other new fandangles but I really really don't like feminized seeds myself.. I like the science behind improving them, but NIMBY..:)

there is jedi og kush i have seen thats different i think. as an example if i can get larry og bubba kush and all kinds of other clones for 10 to 20 bucks there is really no justice for bc's prices. besides to any breeders/seed makers out there we all know how many healthy seeds 1 plant can make. i think anything over 200 for 10 seeds fem or not is too much.

I've never understood how MT could be labeled an indica.. I'd say its as hybrid as they come..
Don't get me wrong, thats an improvement IMO.. I've been told I've had it, the buds I'm speaking of were definately good, but it was just a dealer who told me that was what it was, I've never known anyone who has grown it..

Indicas just don't lift me.. I used to like them more when I smoked way too much and my system was constantly saturated because they'll burn you out each and every time if nothing else, whereas you need to show sativas respect if you want them to keep doing their thing..

i like pure indicas and hybrids(og kush) pure sativas dont agree with me as much. but i like trainwreck and blue dream which are sativa dom.

Well I guess I like sativa dominant hybrids as well.. Skunk#1 75% sativa is a long time favorite.. And I gotta admit, I've really enjoyed a few indica dominants as well (not all of them), but I really think sativa has to be in there for my taste..

i like skunk #1 as well it used to be around a lot more ten or twelve years ago i would like to grow a real cheese clone from england or some s-1's preferably. it is a skunk strain from what i have heard someone im speaking with said he can get exodus cheese to me from england which is supposed to be one of the better skunk strains. i have seen skunk #1 cuts for sale at dispensaries but never got one because i was messing with various og strains but when i see it again im giving it a go. maybe cross it to og or some other elite cuts.

Yes, cheese interests me in a big way.. Never tried it, unless the last bag I got that may have been skunk#1 was actually a cheese.. I suppose its very possible given current trends..
If you want skunk#1, Seedsman's are pretty cheap, and good, and a pack of 10 is pretty much as uniform as as many clones.. (Well sex aside:) )

i bet their is not one set of genetics sold on here that doesn't have skunk #1 in its lineage.your probably right when you say that if you get skunk#1 seeds, you know what the plants will be.most of the beans you buy today have so many phenotypes when grown out,ya this could be a good thing unless you want consistency.i know 3 people that grew out grapefruit kush, and from seed you could do sea of green they are that stabilized.but i have found that if i have a great cutting and i breed into it,the chances of finding 1 like the mother is a crapshoot.cuttings are worth a lot, seeds not.to bad we cant order cuttings, that would save us all the time and money, because buying seeds today is a headache.it is a nice surprise when one turns into a keeper, but even they can turn to crap after cloneing once or twice.the day of the cutting is comeing.i have 3 cuttings that were given to me and i was told not to ever give them out.i havent but i wish i could,i wish everyone could have them, but thats just me.

There was one site I saw that was claiming to sell some tremendous cuttings.. Shit like Sour Diesel, Chem Dog etc IIRC.. Dunno if they were legit, but one positive thing I noted is that they claimed to be within the USA, and would not ship out of the country at all.. Seems to me that scammers would want everyone's money, but maybe they're just sneaky that way.. Sorry I don't recall the site.. I'll peruse my history, and link it if I find it..
And if I remember right, you had to buy 3 for something like $50 a pop.. Personally I don't see a reason to care what the price is if they're giving you a diamond that you can reproduce to no end..

Well if you think that is crazy pricing check out their price for their feminized strain. I think that this is the same company as BCBUDDEPOT which is a known rip off.

yeah im lucky as im in cali and a med user so mostly i get my seeds and cuttings locally. it sucks some companies take advantage of people who have trouble finding good genes because of location i will pay a lot for something i want but $1400 is absurd for ten seeds.

Good breeders want alot of ppl to buy their seeds, so that positive word of mouth spreads, and more ppl buy their seeds.. Only way to do that is with a reasonable price point.. They have no reason to pull get rich quick schemes.. Thats why I like seedsman, and bcseedking.. I'm sure they aren't the only good value ones, but those are two I trust..
I forget what company Doggies Nuts is part of, but check them out, its funny.. They're selling single seeds now, most are over $100 each.. I think the name is an inside joke.. I think ppl who buy from them are the Doggie, and I think Nuts is an adjective rather than a noun..:)

im experimenting soon with some socal based seed companies particularly cali connection california been bank elite genetics and ograskal seeds they alll work with formally clone only strains. similar to what im trying to do with strains i like. they either out cross then back cross or self clones with ga or silver.

i read something a few months back when i was looking at selfing, their was a few negative stories about ograskal,it claimed he just bought cuttings chucked some pollen on and sold seeds based on the validity of the mom, concidering their was no way too proove he had what he said he had and the fact that you can grow out a 1000 seeds and not get 1 as great as the mom you are breeding it was pricey.remember most of these so called great genetics came from a pack of seeds that had one that blew the rest a way.you can have a champ scrappin dog but never a pup like it.it might not be the same guy,he sells on an auction place or something like that were you bid for seeds.it might of been ogkid,no.as well he was accused of stealing some stuff from some cali growers.but their is so much mis information out their it has led seed byers to worry.growing is hard enough.

i assume you heard that on international cannagraphic some of those guys use to work together then separated on bad terms now they talk shit about each others seeds after all its a seedy business no pun intended. i have personally grown many bag seeds of various ogs etc... all just accidental herm situations. i can say that with selfed seeds(s-1) the resulting plants are more or less the same as the plant that made them. in my experience they were as good as the clones they came from and these were random 'herm' seeds they of course did not herm on me as i think most people screw up grows and blame fem seeds if they were involved. anyways i would rather grow those peoples seeds which at the very least are recent socal genetics over anything available elsewhere overseas. regardless of back crossing and stabilization most strains offered online dont cut the mustard for me. i have also discussed with some of the breeders behind those seeds and what methods they use to produce there seeds. i would suggest considering them over the amsterdam etc... options imo.
